      Dec 2023 ***** contacted me from ASAP credit Solutions telling me she can help fix my credit problem and so in January, I called her to make the $499.00 payment to proceed. Before doing so we went over my credit and what was to be disputed. She said I would see a 200-point raise within 90 days and 3 rounds of disputes and if i am not satisfied I can ask for a full refund. Reiterated on multiple occasions. I have experienced nothing but unprofessionalism from this company from day 1. I have been locked out of my account on multiple attempts sometimes weeks at a time. They have made it impossible to speak with anyone from the company as all the phone numbers they have posted are non-working numbers so essentially this company does not have a phone number. *** asked to be put in contact with someone on countless occasions. Theyve blamed me for locking them out of my Experian which in speaking to Experian they auto lock out once they recognize it isn't me accessing my account. I have incurred an additional $24.99 monthly on account of this company as they requested, I pay for all 3 bureaus. They never completed 3 rounds on my behalf once i begin to ask for a refund. The ignore me and my request would go unanswered. I paid them $499.00 they have removed approximately $100.00 off my credit although they said after 3 rounds it would be the $28,000.00, we went over. They think their substandard work is acceptable and they do not owe me a refund. Yet none of it adds up. I have asked for contact infromation to pass along to a lawyer and they refuse to provide it. They have exposed me amongst creditors which has started the harassment of creditors by email, mailing address and by phone from them providing my information to these creditors. Sold accounts have now gone back to the original creditors due to their inquiries. I ask for a full refund for services not rendered, lack of professionalism and incompleteness as well as harass.       Credit repair Paid $350 dollars After paying the company ignored my claims never assisted in helping me resolve my issues On 2.22.2023 I was told I would get a refund but then proceeded to ignore my calls I still called with a different number then told me I would not be receiving a refund.Contract status if nothing is cleared from credit in 90 days receive a refund in full. No refund then proceeded to tell me I cancelled my service which I did not.

      On 4/26/2022 I signed up for credit repair services with ASAP Credit Solutions on the basis I would see results in 5-7 days. I paid the company with my credit card in the amount of $870 (paid in full). The company committed to provide me with removal of inquiries from my credit report within 5-7 days. Unfortunately, those inquiries were never removed and I had to start the lending process on my new home in July 2022. To date, those same inquiries I paid to have removed are still on my credit report, unless they have fallen off due to the two-year time limit. I am seeking a full refund on the basis I did not receive the service I paid for.

      The company did not complete any services, and after receiving the payments they ignored and neglected to return any of my calls and refused to let me speak with a manager. They told me they would follow up with me, but weeks have passed and still refused to service me.

      I started credit repair service with this company in March of 2022 and signed a contract. I uploaded a copy of the contract. Im the contract it states after six rounds they guarantee a 50-70% removal rate or you are entitled to a 50% refund. I am past my 6 rounds and I called and spoke with someone on 12/7 and was advised that I was entitled to a refund and he would speak with billing and give me a call back later that day. Here it is 12/9 and I still havent received a call back. I tried calling back and left a message and I also sent an email with no response. I paid $1500 and per our contract I am entitled to a $750 refund.

      * I recently had a 'consultation' with ASAP Credit Solutions. The consultant's name was ********** and his phone number is ************. He also calls from ************.* During the consult, you give this business/rep your personal information, including SSN, birthdate, etc. I wasn't 100% comfortable with it but understood they need that to analyze your current credit status and determine a solution. * After the consult, I was given the pricing and told him it was too much for me to spend at this time. * Since then, I keep getting call after call from **********, have left voice mails asking him to stop calling (nicely - event thanked him for his persistence but reiterated I cannot afford their pricing) and even blocked his numbers but he will not stop calling. * When you try to call the main phone number ************ you don't get a live person -- just someone else's voicemail. * I'm registered with the national Do Not Call registry but not sure it will even do me any good to file a complaint with them, too.

      I am requesting that services promised be completed and I have no further connection to this company and they no longer have access to my personal information. I believe they are in violation of privacy protection laws. The employee advised and requested I send my social security information card to his personal cell via text. I realize there should have been secure servers and channels in place when requesting personal private information. I am requesting credit repair services be completed. The time frames quoted when I began are nothing compared to the timeframe I have been in repair with the company and have been lied to on numerous occasions. I am requesting full refund for miss conduct in many forms. I have been mislead. Originally when I began the process I was told "we can repair your credit in as little as 60 days" "we will give you a free vacation stay for signing up" among many other catch phases to get me on board.       september 2020 we started this program with a promise of it only taking 3-6 months now its been almost a year, when we talk to them they just tell us to wait another month and blame covid for it they keep taking peoples money trying to buy a house and to only tell them they cant get a refund with only two options giving to me 1)stop the process or 2) wait for the results
