      I was first contacted 0n April 27, 2023 by ******************* who said he worked for *******************. He said I would be able to enroll my credit cards in a program with Financial Services Group and they would negotiate a settlement that would result in me paying pennies on the $ for the enrolled cards. ********************* connected me with *********** *************) who was a credit advisor with FSG and he told me the company would strive for 100% elimination of the credit card debt but it would settle eventually for pennies on the $. I asked him what his experience was with the program and he said that his clients were able to settle their debt for at most pennies on the $. He also said that he had several family members that he had enrolled in the program that were able to settle their credit card debt for pennies on the $. He told me that it was imperative that I sign the agreement immediately and send it back so that the company could send out cease and desist letters to the credit card companies . After the 1st call, I rarely heard from *********** but I left him messages regarding the letters I received from the credit card companies. When I talked to him on 9/5 he told me they were close to settling most of the debts and I should be getting letters in the next month. I called *********** in October to follow up and left a message. ****** from FSG customer service *************) called me and explained that *********** was no longer with the company. I have received 3 settlement offers which offered less than a 10% reduction from the enrolled balances. My expectation had always been that these balances would be settled for pennies on the dollar. That was what I had been told all along. I explained this to ************, **************** and most recently ***** the Credit Advisor Manager on March 12th and asked that my case be escalated to upper management if the promises made by ****** and *********** could not be kept. The contract was for 1 year which expires on 4/26/24.

      I was approached by phone by someone from this company who was completely aware of the details of My credit card debt. How he acquired this info is I believe thru My use of a company called Time Share Cures. He offered to help me to reduce the debt and was specfic about which cards he could help with. I later realized that was because they add an additional ***** dollars to each card so You need that much still available credit. He promised that I would not be **** with this additional debt. Intially I did get help with one of the cards and. was able to settled that one. The other two were never contacted or negociated even though I called them two or there times a week and since I was not paying My credit was destroyed down to 500 from 750. I kept asking for help but I was ignored and was only allowed to speak to STORMY whose job it is to make You go away. Eventually I was forced to deal with the whole mess myself and had to negociate with debt collectors who represent the credit cards. Truthfully they tried to be fair and I understood they could only settle for **** sums to give me a fair deal. I spent about another $2000 settling with them. My credit is destroyed, My retirement funds are depleted by $35000 and yesterday 10 months after paying this company to help me someone called from Credit Cures and it was Financial Solutions. She cheerfully said they wanted to start to negociate. I explained that all My debt had been turned over to collectors and My credit was destroyed. She said why didn't You call which really Made me angry since I called vitually every day for months. These people *********** About You. They take your money up fromt and You have to trust that they Will help and there really is no reason that they need to. I don't know why I didn't figure that out sooner. They are completely paid on day one and You Will have to trust them. DON'T DO IT

      I got a call 10/5/2023 stating my credit card was compromised.They said, I qualified for a debt relief program. They charged my credit cards ********* and I had my daughter to look over the information. She realized it was not legit and called to cancel the package. She spoke with 2 reps. ********************************* and *************************, and both stated they'd done nothing wrong and asked for charges not to be filed. Do NOT do any business with this company!!!

      I got a call from a foreign country saying that my credit card was compromised. They check numbers and said I qualified for a debt relief program. They charged my credit card 10k and its been about 3 months and nothing is being done. The lawyer never answers his phone, the salespersons are sleazy. They say anything to get you to sign the paperwork. I spoke to a manager named ********* and he didnt help resolve my issue. Do not sign anything from this company

      Theyll call you from a foreign country telling you that your credit card has been compromised. Then they tell you that they can help lower the debt but the service fee is charged to the credit card so now you owe that if theyre not able to settle I court. Trust me, read the whole contract
