I wish I had never visited this office. The worst and dishonest place I have ever been to. I had high hopes to be served at this office after moving to Phoenix last year from **********. The staff are very nice and friendly. They treat their customers with respect and be there when you need them. I am deeply dissatisfied with the owner of this dental, *****************************. If I was one of his workers, I would quit and tell everyone the truth of how he treats his workers/assistance. He has ZERO respect for the people working at his dental. I would *** this place for unequal treatment and dishonest employer he is. If he is treating his employees in front of a customer like that, imagine how they are treated when there are no patients/customers at the office. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE

This company is highly unprofessional! They do not keep appointment times, force you to pay upfront and deal with your insurance company to be reimbursed, do not keep valid records, constantly call/text even when you opt out, stating you have appointments that you do not have, and try to falsify records stating that you owe funds when in fact you paid for everything in advance. Do NOT use this company at all!

Where do I start? Ive been waiting for this place to refund my money for a week and a half. This has been the worst dental experience. Expect to be uncomfortable, belittled, and physically abused. $13,800 later and I still wasnt able to receive the respect or dental work that I deserved. I would be there for hours while they worked on other customers meanwhile theyre telling me that I am a VIP patient because my balance was already paid in full. But Im stuck there for six hours and the work still wasnt finished. I would leave after every appointment with ***** and cuts on my face and lips. I was stabs with the equipment and one of the assistants wiped it up without even telling me that I was bleeding. I made complaints over and over again. Finally decided to no longer work with this dental office. When I had my consultation I asked ******************** why they had so many bad reviews on ******* He stated that they were all crazy in the head. Now I see from their point view. Money lost because they didnt want to give me a full refund as deserved. The manager ***** threatened to take 20% of my refund from the rest of my money. But then told me she was tired of dealing with me and ignored the rest my of my concerns. I noticed that every time I went to the dentist I would start to have some type of rash in the area that they worked on that day. I think they were using contaminated equipment. Because Ive never had any of these bumps and rashes until I started going there.

The service was terrible! My husband had to have a tooth put back on his denture. He was charged over $300. Within 2 weeks same tooth fell out. They charged him another $300. They did not want to give him back his dentures until he saw the dentist which was going to be an additional charge! They were very rude! We asked to speak to the manager who of course was not there. After waiting 30 minutes and arguing for another 30, he got his dentures. Never once did they apologize. My husband was charged for seeing the dentist the first time and he never saw him!
