In April 2022, I had three dental appointments on 4/1/22, 4/22/22 and 4/25/22 and advised the Staff upon check-in that I had dual insurance coverage (with UHC ******** and Delta Dental). At the second and third appointments I was asked to pay for services not covered by insurance according to the Account Manager, but unbeknownst to me Anthem Dentistry only billed one of the insurance companies. On 4/30/22 I received a statement from the dental office detailing the recent charges and payments applied. I called them to inquire if both insurance companies were billed and was advised that only UHC had been billed, but that they would invoice Delta Dental asap. Since then, I have called them every month (May, June and July), advising them that they overcharged me for services and that Delta Dental hasn't processed the largest claim for the crown, but they continue to tell me that they have invoiced Delta Dental and they can't refund me the $625.20 I paid them, until they receive Delta Dental's payment. I called Delta Dental today, and they have not received the 4/25/22 claim yet from the Dental office.Initial Complaint

I was told I had bone decay and needed a deep clean which is around $700 perf half side of the mouth. They told me both sides were necessary. I did both sides and paid in office my out of pocket. I later was billed the whole amount for one side and they said the insurance did it find it necessary. I reached out to insurance to see if they would reconsider and they are saying it is because Anthem Dentistry sent over blurry pictures. I have called the office twice to get this resolved and no one will return my calls They just keep saying I need to speak to a manager. I received another **** this week with no adjustments.Business response
