I finally had the money to get my teeth done. 20k. Id just lost my brother and I was literally hounded by the large chick in the office. These are ill fitting. 20k for nothing. I only got the lower with them. The upper I got at Aria ********************** Implants in Phoenix. They spent 2 hours making different casts, laser measurements and 3 other types of measurements. They discussed color of gum and tooth. Size of teeth. If I dont like it down the road theyll redesign it for me. They are high tech & wonderfully warm and kind. All for $9. Thats right. NINE GRAND. The his is the perfect dental office. Dr *** himself called to see how I was. He said keep this number so you can always reach me.Every dentist Ive ever spoken with has said oh. Clear Choice. Then make one of these faces: ?? Youre horrible people and you need to rework your intentions because right nowyou ****.Customer response

I am not clear as to the documentation needed. Please let me know so that I may comply.
Additionally I wasnt asking for the full settlement. But after the horrible job they did I feel they should pay half.

Thank you for your letter on April 5, 2024. We appreciate the opportunity to respond. The claimant was seen for medical treatment and as such, given the confidential and sensitive nature, our response is limited in detail out of our obligation to follow privacy standards.
We believe we have done everything possible to resolve the claimant's issues and we do not feel there is anything further we can provide at this point.

My top implants are giving me a problem since day one June 24, 2020. I have been complaining about the fit after the bottom implants were done in 2021. For the last three months I've been in severe pain on my left side of my mouth. I can't sleep on the left side. I can't eat and bite on the left side. I keep getting the clicking sound like the jaw bones are shifting and that's paining. Every time that happens I scream. I can't control that. The pain is from the ear to under my chin down my neck twenty four hours a day. I am a walking zombie from using pain medications. I can't open my mouth to put my full spoon or fork without pressing my jaw below my ear. Sneezing, coughing, yawning, it's impossible without screaming in pain. My tongue don't have enough room in my mouth. The teeth are too bulky. I talk funny. I have to repeat myself couple of times and that cause my stress and fight with my husband. I'm biting my tongue constantly until it's bleeding. I lost ten pounds from the stress. Since they ignore my complaints I went for a second opinion to a dental implant oral surgeon, **********************************, Exceptional Denistry, ***************************************************************, ************. They took the x-rays and I was told that the surgery was done correctly but the teeth did not fit right on the left side. They can fix it but it would cost me a lot of money. I already spent $50,000. How much more I have to pay to have my teeth right and my life back? I asked them to remove it so I can get dentures. That's how desperate I am. And they answer, "you're not going to like it" said ****************************** DDS Prosthodontist at Clear Choice. On the top of everything the tooth that's giving me a problem is cracked. I have an appointment on May 5th just to fix my zirconia crack.
