Last year came to them for treatment. I was advised by my dentist that they needed to replace an old crown. I agreed. He stop midway and said I cut it too far down and split the real tooth. He now couldnt fix it and had to actually extract a perfectly good tooth and root. I was charged for this asked him to try to fix it he raised his voice and became very angry. I left, came back and apologized for being upset (he had me trapped what was I supposed to do sit there with a broken tooth). A month ago he put in another crown. Fits wrong but wrong and told him it was applying pressure to my teeth making them feel loose. I came I. For a cleaning only today and during that cleaning my crown fell off again, second time in two months He ignored that and started. Talking his own agenda which I told him made no sense. I said the temporary crown fit just fine, why wouldnt the permanent crown. He literally snapped at me got angry and raised his voice starting. to lecture me about his experience. I said was not my point. He yelled at me for five minutes straight lecturing me on my behavior cause I was upset he broke a tooth, replaced an Ill fitting crown now twice in two months and now is charging me for this stuff when he is literally causing it. Told me if I dont like find a new dentist. I want full refund for broken tooth and extraction and cleaning that resulted in a crown coming off now twice and also a refund for this crown that does not fit and I will have to go to a new dentist to fix, repair and replace a new crown. Unprofessional at best. **********************

I want my money bad.   I am lying in his chair, he gets inches from my face and starts yelling at me very aggressively. I honestly felt in danger and that he would hit me.  He says what do you want me to do about it.  I said fix it, make it right.  I had to sit there and endure it as my crown that popped off wasnt back in my mouth glued.  He refused to fix ill fitting crown he just put in last month.  He finally stopped yelling I even tried to apologize for him for him being so polorizingly upset by an eye roll.  Again became about him and not his patient.  He said loudly lets do this and shoved the drill in my mouth, his had clearly shaking and begun to scrape off old glue on my very sensitive post/root and could clearly see he was hurting me. I made such a loud sound in pain that he stopped and said ok Im done and pretty much left my mouth full of cement that his assistant had to take tons of glue out of my mouth I was actually still cleaning it off last night.  He told me while yelling at me with my crown in his hand if you dont like it find a new dentist.  **** assured I will but wanted to close by saying he was abusive, aggressive and I almost went to the police afterward to file a formal police report for his aggressive behavior towards a fifty five year old man with a heart condition.  I am seeking full refund for the tooth he broke and I paid for extraction and will need to get an implant repair is poor work and again he broke it.  I also want a full refund for the Ill fitting crown he did wrong and refused to acknowledge or fix.  I will have to now pay to get all this corrected.

Thank you for sharing your version of the events that transpired at our office. First, never once
did the doctor **** at youhe simply told you to listen to what he was saying because you
consistently talked over him as he was explaining your treatment to you (the office staff can
attest to this). The only yelling that was done was by you that day and in one of your prior visits
when you stormed into the office and you got within inches from the doctors face, at which
point you began waving your hands wildly as you towered over the doctor. Multiple eye
witnesses that day, including other patients and our staff, have attested to your behavior and
speech as irrational and incoherent. Second, a dentist is usually a few inches from the patients
face and most of any dentists interaction with a patient is in such a settingthis is the nature of
a dentists job. Third, you will receive a physical letter correspondence in the mail, to the
address we have on file for you, from this office regarding the financial situation that you have
mentioned in this complaint. Fourth, this officially terminates your patient/doctor relationship
with this office. If you so desire, we can forward all of our records to your new dentists office
so that you may continue treatment there. **************** will usually reach out to us for those
records. Lastly, do not come back to our office again and from now on, do not correspond with
our office in any way, shape or form. If you do, we will take that as a form of harassment and
file a police report. We sincerely regret not being able to provide you with dental care you are
satisfied with. We wish you luck as you continue your treatment elsewhere.
