-Why you are rejecting the business' response
I havent rejected the business response.
-Mention any additional concerns you would like the business to address
For some reason my attachment is not attached. I have tried numerous attempts to re-attach resend, offer my attachments on a different format.
-Restate your desired resolution
My desired resolution is for your company to take my request for my files seriously and simply send my website files so I can forward them to another website company to get my site live online again after a month of BIZIQ running me around. I requested it from ******* in August. I aso requested it from ***** in August and to this day. Crickets, nothing, ***** Just more jerking me around and wasting my time money and efforts ever letting your company just simply builing me a website that gets me targeted traffic. Not targeted spam. The spam I get is 20x more than the targeted leads.
I expect a 16k refund as spent much more than that and 2 yrs wasting of my time money and efforts.
-If applicable, please send me any documents that support your rebuttal statement
This is the missing attachment:
To whom it may concern, I have had a horrible experience with BiZIQ of ******* **. I spent over 16k over about a 2 yr period or over $900 per month for a website that could not provide targeted traffic to this website BIZIQ made or built from scratch or ground up as a general contractor and handyman service in ****** **.
We began in march of 2021 and ended our relationship in June of 2023 just over two years ago for a website that does a fantastic job of providing spam leads that weekly I would receive dozens of solicitors that wanted to sell me their service. Not homeowners that are interested in home repairs and remodeling.conversations, calls, texts, emails. Please tell me if anyone thinks that paying $900 per month for over 1.5 yrs is long enough for BIZIQ to show me an acceptable website that produces the target traffic we set out to get paid results with..
After approx 16 months of me paying $900 per month for a full package or suite of services, I informed BIZIQ their performance was not acceptable, They admitted it, made some small changes then offered to drop my monthly payment to $599. Unfortunately it got worse on leads, although the stats showed small minor improvements on paper, but I made it clear that wasn't acceptable either. The problem was, they never did enough, they never took it seriously and just would say with time, it will certainly improve. It didn't, it got worse if it could be worse.
In January of 2023 I informed BIZIQ I was making my last payment because their results and performance wasn't at all going in the right direction. I really liked working with ******* and her colleagues and the company in general as the reason I selected BIZIQ over many others was its excellent online reputation and reviews. The reviews are what I expected, but they aren't capable of the site they designed and built completely from the ground up and could take as long as they like. I was very patient and accommodating while we built out the site. It's beautiful, appealing, and has all the features to get the job done and attract traffic, except it was a dog even though my payments decreased, because they knew I wasn't satisfied with their results even at $599 a month for the same site but they took away social media posts. So they dropped my price and dropped some of my coverage and my traffic stayed about the same. It was so horrible, I was ready to replace them and take my site to a company that was able to simply get an acceptable amount of targeted traffic, not more spam. The spam just kept coming. I know they were working on it. But obviously their SEO experience is not capable of standing behind what they sell.
In June I was contacted by one of ******* bosses ***** and she could care less. My only option was to keep paying my monthly bill while we waited for who knows years to get acceptable targeted traffic and not spam. The spam was 10 spam leads for every one acceptable good lead at minimum. ****** offer was completely careless of taking care of a great paying client that BIZIQ refused to give enough attention to my SEO and make the necessary adjustments to get the traffic needed. It's as simple as that. It comes down to I had to continue to pay for unacceptable service while BizIQ is being paid for unacceptable service. I declined the offer and BIZIQ had the chance to turn it around, but instead felt they were due their payments while trying or practicing.. You tried for two years over 16k for a site that was a dog, why would anyone continue to throw good money after bad for horrible service? We ended it and you could have had a reasonable chance to prove BIZIQs reputation or charge a customer 16k for a dog until you did your job acceptably. That's it. I think it's obvious that you knew your company wasn't skilled enough to do what I've already paid more than a year ago.
My website files were discussed and sent a couple days afterwards. Although little did I know, this email n for weeks was time sensitive. Surprise! I don't have access to a 16k website that I've paid for, but for some reason they keep jerking me around to send it when I requested it.
I contacted ******* on Wednesday 8/16 to simply get the information of who her boss was that joined our call that was careless to salvage a good customer and careless to attempt to figure out how to resolve a pretty simple situation for a website marketing company. I asked her to tell me her name and email so I could contact her to get my files simply resent. Simple enough. Except I begin to get the runaround. ******* responded she was going to be off the next two workdays and Monday she would contact her team that does that to fulfill that request.
Nothing 10 days later..
I figured it out on my own and contacted ***** instead on Thursday 8/17 to assist me even though ******* refused to answer what I asked for ****** contact info. Still today 70 days later BIZIQ refuses to send me my website files while I keep on the hook my new website firm and my site has been down for weeks. I've never heard back from *******. I just don't understand how you can treat your well paying clients and how you don't have more reviews like mine, because i've had a horrible experience dealing with your company's antics unfortunately.Business response

BizIQ FAILED to provide the service which we paid for. We paid $1,153.00 for a website Oct . 2022 and SEO services . The website was to three domains. In November, BizIQ charged our card again for SEO, although NO SERVICES had been rendered and there was not a website. As of 1/11/2023 WE DO NOT have the website on the 3 domains which we paid for.In addition, on January 6, 2023 BizIQ had the audacity to send a "fake" marketing reach report to us based off a nonexistent website for the time frame of Dec. ****, 2023. We want our money back . This is beyonf bad businessBusiness response

We are working directly with the customer to resolve the matter. We pride ourselves on the work we do for our customers. We try to show reports in
an easy to read format, but we are providing the customer with much more detail to show proof of our services. Many times our customers do not understand the depth of our services, which involves education to show the value of the hard work put into the services that have been provided.Customer response

I am awaiting a refund for monies paid. There was not a discussion on the report that was previously attached, because there was not a website to generate a report on.
