      I won a sweepstakes in 2022 and received a custom Phat Scooter. About a year ago, while still under warranty, the display and all of the lights went out while I was riding, and hasn't come back on since. I've made COUNTLESS attempts to make contact with no success because they apparently filed for bankruptcy, and there are no alternatives to their products that i'm aware of. I still have emails from the company stating that they will "send a replacement as soon as they're settled into a new facility". Needless to say, that never happened. I'm wondering if there's a class action lawsuit for the 1000's of people in my same situation, because regardless of their financial situation, you can't claim to have a warranty on a product and not honor that warranty

      I won a phat scooter from them on a sweepstakes and the delivered the porduct with no issuse then ... i had the scooter several month and the battery stopped holding charge. i contacted the compnay about the issue i have all emails and invoices that coinside with everything i am typing ..1st email to Ms ********* on Aug 23, 2022 invoice has a date of may 4 2013

      May 24, 2023, I placed Order #***** for 2 Phat Scooters totaling $8,418.96. Phat offered a payment option through Affirm which I opted for. Payments started in June 2023 and I completely paid off the units on Nov. 25, 2023. During this time I had been in contact with ******************. I was given periodic updates only when I had requested them but was never given a final date of completion. After sometime, my email contact with him bounced back from the company. When attempting to call, phone numbers to the business and ***** were no longer operational. I contacted Affirm in December to make a claim since I never received product and their response was that since it had been over 60 days from purchase, they could not help. I am seeking a refund since no product was ever received.

      I was hit by a PHAT scooters vehicle weeks ago in december 2022, their insurance expired and the business will not get back to me they have since blocked my number and after being made aware that their insurance had lapsed they did say they would pay me out of pocket only to stop contacting me back. I have sustained ***** dollars worth of damage to my vehicle and they will not pay for it.

      Vehicle accident happened December 22, 2022, which was 7 business days ago. We have been in contact with customer a few times and have not blocked customer from contacting us. I provided my personal cellphone to customer just in case if they needed any questions answered.  We have verbally agreed to pay for damages to vehicle and have contacted the ************************** that the customer received a quote from and have initiated the start of the process with them. Check #***** was overnighted to ***************************** on January 4th, as promised to customer.

      I purchased my third phat scooter from this company in April of this year. Upon arrival, I noticed that the quality of this scooter was subpar in comparison to the other 2 scooters I have. I have contacted the business several times about these issues and they told me that they would send out a new scooter because of all the issues I have been having, and that still hasn't happened yet. I reached out to the company 2 weeks ago and still haven't had a return call.
