At first (honeymoon phase) they would check in with me etc. Now that I actually have had an issue, they were quick to answer the call and charge me $250. Now that would be acceptable but I found the issue out myself without a truck roll being done or anything. I never talked to a tech either and still to this day have not gotten my $250 back. I have called his place so many times and it just goes in a loop and ends up hanging up on you. I have proof of emails sent to the actual tech who helped me, emails to finance and emails to client services. I have now actually had to go to my bank and try and reverse this charge and zero help has been had from these guys. No matter what number I try its never a person and no option to leave a message now either. This is really a shame things have gotten to be like this. I have also found out they tied their panel and box to my fricken pool pump so if that gets shut off the enphase unit dies also. They also told me their didn't install a fused shut off for whatever reason THUS this is the reason its $250 dollars now everytime I have an issue. I have reached out to my lawyer with this information and honestly hope I don't have to go there.
