Work was performed by this Company which claims to have a 50 year warranty. It's taken from November 2022 until June 22, 2023 to finish the job and the finished product is terrible, especially the most important and visable portion the driveway which presents terrible curb appeal and significantly diminishes the value of my home. It looks nothing like to pictures I was shown or as advertised. I've attempted to contact Mr ***** ********************* to no avail. He is not honoring the warranty which also constitutes false advertising. If the problem isn't corrected legal action will ensue. The project cost $ 5, ******.Business response

Our warranty states, and during the sales process we explain the warranty-
50- YEAR RESIDENTIAL WARRANTY- If there is any chipping, peeling or blistering of your coating on concrete within 50 years of our installation, we will fix it for free.
The issues customer is referencing are not relevant to warranty work. We do however want to satisfy the customer, which I thought we had.
The customer asked us to coat over a drain. claiming it was no longer in use. Turns out there was a water puddling issue in this area. I informed customer that a ********************** contractor (not concrete coatings contractor) should reslope the concrete in this area. I ground off the coatings and agreed to recoat when concrete was complete at no charge. Customer asked us to split $350 cost and I agreed and paid customer $175. It took a few months to get the concrete releveled and cured, but when customer contacted that it was ready, we recoated in approx 2-3 weeks.
Total project was approx **** sq ft. Customer contacted that there were areas needing touch-up or refinish, and we completed the work in 2-3 weeks that the customer requested.
In June customer contacted me that top coat was blotchy / inconsistent in driveway. I inspected, found the customer was correct and recoated all areas customer indicated.
I was surprised to get this complaint, because as explained above, he has contacted us several time, justifiably, and we did respond each time with the requested work.
I will reach out to customer directly and ask what he is seeking. If the driveway finish is poor, there are alternative products we can install.

Gorilla Garage was slated to coat garage and patio flooring. We signed a go head to do the job and give them a ******* down payment and they cashed the check March *****. Have tried to contact them with no luck. I leave text to them with no replies. Office phone ************** ****************************** ****************************************.Business response
