While we are not violating HIPAA laws as the guest provides the medical information to us in order to get into the venue (negative test) or get a refund (positive test), this issue has been resolved as ******* has already been refunded from Ticketweb. Since Ticketweb processed the refund, we are unable to assist any further.

Security staff literally DRAGGED me out of the bathroom and onto the floor, ripped my shirt, cracked my phone and busted my knees open In front of everyone. all because of a misunderstanding with me trying to help my partner with the broken bathroom stall door, and the security guards didn't know how to control their anger. The security grew tired of the huge LGBT+ crowd that was at this establishment and took their anger out on me in the BATHROOM This is NOT how you treat paying costumers
