12/14/23 Went in for services, signed up for a membership deal of $89.99. Was helped by a worker who shared she had just started 2 weeks prior. She proceeded to charged my card and stated my **************** ending in ***** did not go through. I then gave her my ********* card ending in 6602 and she charged that. Signed up for a monthly membership with a **** card ending in 6602 *this card number is key. 12/19/23 ******************** charge actually did process. I called the studio to rectify this charge, and was referred to email a manager: ******. Emailed ****** and attached both the receipts from my account of the double charge. 12/28/23 Went in for a 2 week refill. After the service, I was told I did not have an active membership and needed to pay for the refill service at a non-membership price of $79.99. I paid for this service with a **** card ending in 5855. 12/29/23 ****** responds via email stating she needs to go to the owner for this dispute. As of 4/30/24 I have followed up via email, with no response to this.4/30/24 A Monthly membership of $139 has been charged to my card ending in 5855. On 12/14/23 I signed up for a membership with card ending in *6602. Furthermore, on the 12/28 visit I was told I did not have an active membership and paid for the service at a non membership rate with the card 5855 *this is key. A total of 5 charges of monthly membership has been made on card 5855 that I did not authorize to begin with but also was TOLD I did not have a membership on the 12/28 service. 4/30/24 Called the studio, again, was told by the worker my membership started on 12/29/23 and was referred to guest relations to cancel the membership. Proceeded to a ****** sheet to cancel a membership.I need to be contacted and these services I did not receive due to being told I did not have an active membership for, need to be fully refunded.Initial Complaint

I was a client here for a while pre ***** then decided to come back now that things have calmed down. I found myself having horrible allergic reactions to their glue suddenly I gave them the opportunity to try more sensitive glue it reacted the same after hundreds of dollars I only got 12 hours out of 3 full sets. I asked them kindly through email and text and on the phone 3 separate times over the last few months to CANCEL the 130 theyre charging my bank account EVERY month after I tell them I cant get these lashes Im too allergic so now they think its ok to just blatantly steal from my account I have several unused credits there due to these charges I do not and cannot use the product abd at this point find their practices incredibly unethical. Id like a full refund of the last two months it has charged me and the other two months it managed to pull before Ive NEVER used these credits for services I DO NOT want to be a client!!!!!! Please help theyre holding my bank account captive and have talked to sever other ex clients they do the same to. If you cant respect your clients wishes to cancel, straight up stealing is not ok especially right now during a horrible recession.
