Contractors Beware!!!Get paid upfront for supplies, and if you submit a change order make sure you get paid for that too.I've never written a bad review for a company I worked for. I felt the need to do this due to the way I was treated when I completed a job for them.First. I was told that I would be paid when the job was completed. When I completed the job they told me accounting wouldn't be in until Tuesday (I completed the job on a Friday) ok I can understand that.Secondly. I submitted a change order due to them not having all of the materials needed to complete the project. The change order was approved.I call in on Tuesday to see what's going on with my payment and they say you're not getting paid for the change order, because they rented a lift for me.After arguing all day back and forth with them I just decided to take what they were giving me, because I'm in ********, and there office is located in *******.The Lady got very disrespectful after the job was completed. I do not recommend working with this company unless you get paid upfront.

They are not licensed in ********** but they are doing business in ********** which is illegal in **********. In beginning of 2023 it rained a lot this company hired me to fix a leaking roof. Now they dont want to pay. They dont return calls. The person who gave me the job he doesnt answer either. Let get all together and start acting law suit. There are so many people have the same problems with this company.

They hired me to replace a door for a commercial customer of theirs. I purchased the door, installed it, and it did a great job. Invoiced them and provided all documentation as requested. At first they said they could pay via credit card immediately, or by check after 30 days. Fine.Two months later I still haven't been paid. I've been following up with them regularly, to make sure it's in the works. I keep getting the runaround. "Accounting is working on it"Now they want me to install two more doors at another location without having been paid for the last job.Glad I read these reviews. Refusing to do work with them until I've been paid.

This company likes to violate the Do not Call laws. We have a strict policy on 4th party work, and have asked them several times not to contact us as we had no interest in working with them. Looking at the complaints I'm glad we never took anything on. The sales person that I had to call back was nice enough to inform me that "They go by ******* so their company has no do not call list, if we didn't want to hear from them, we'd have to remove ourselves from ******* and thankfully I have it on record as I've never found information that says if you're going off ****** searches as a company, you're exempt from the law. Considering how they don't pay other contractors judging by the complaints, I'm guessing they really don't mind if someone reports them and attempts to take them to court either.

This company called me out to do a job for them a few days ago. Let me tell you that I won't be going out to look at any more jobs for them and am glad I didn't do any work for them. They are cheap as they also do not pay. "period." They will give you every excuse in the book to why your payment has not come yet. Its a real company for sure but they are scammers when it comes to the subcontractors they send out. They will not pay you for the work you do or for going out to look at the jobs. I wish I had read these reviews before I went out to the site they sent me too.

We were contacted to perform heating services, which we did, and never got paid for a $200 service call. They do not answer their phone, don't return emails and don't pay their bills. Stay clear from this company as they are DEADBEATS,

Have worked for them for over 5yrs, they are very inconsistent with payment, they have a very specific procedure required for payment, not otherworldly but just a pain when your self employed, you must take pictures when your in the middle of being covered with sewage(i do plumbing), or grease and oil, and video, signatures to verify work done and deep description of work done, otherwise-no pay. They send you on the jobs blind, no info, and expect you to go now, and have it fixed for as cheap as possible, in fact I was so frustrated with some of the jobs they sent me I just said never mind paying me ill just do it for free, losing hundreds in the process but, just know that if put it all through like they ask, they wouldnt have paid, because if they don't agree with what your doing, they dont pay, because from across the country they can blindly fix anything perfectly, amazing I know, especially when they have no experience in this field except what they ******* I cant tell you how many times I keep falling for... me- Can you pay me when im done? OS- yes as soon as you send invoice. Me- ok I will send it before I leave the location, OS- ok no problem. Me- because you are requesting that I come immediately, on a Sunday, it would be nice to be paid when done, plus not to mention I must spend $500 out of pocket to do this job. OS- no problem we will pay you.. three months later, several calls to accounting, sorry we cant find invoice, send it again.. yea we don't agree with those charges of $600, which cover 3 hours of driving on a sunday with $5/gal gas in a service truck and $500 in parts, and 7hrs of labor.. we will give you $300, thanks for all your help...Im just an owner operator not a big company you call me you get me, I have no backbone apparently and can simply be walked on.. I dont have the financial leverage to demand the payment, in effect, and at this rate, I am essentially paying for their repairs and will ultimately be out of business..
