The worst customer service ever experienced with a company. Purchased a spa and a barbecue island and once we had it in our hands, they disappeared on us and would not return calls or fix anything or speak with us in regards to anything. We were told the spa would not need chemicals for which my husband is allergic to chlorine and once we got the spa installed, they told us at that point we still did not need chemicals and within two days the spa smelt like fish and was filthy at which time they told us we needed to put chlorine in it. No return phone calls no refunds. Over $11,000 spent on a spa that we cannot use. I would stay far away from this company and they should not be in business.

I connected with KOKOMO Grills at the ****** *************** on 9/30/22. Took my deposit for a fireplace and informed me they (KG) would be in contact with me to come out to measure and take the first 1/2 of the payment. I called them on 10/4 and was told that they were really busy and not sure when they could get out to me. They called back with an appointment for 10/10/22. ***************** from (KG) shows up and does his initial drawing and measures. We go over access points and rout for delivery. He said no problem with getting the fireplace into the patio. He asks for me to take pictures of the gate and access point and send them to the company which I did. He also told me he would be e-mailing me a receipt of the transaction along with pictures of the progress on the fireplace. On 11/10/22 I received a text to confirm the delivery of the fireplace on 12/20/22. Around 11/16/22 I received a call from KG. Spoke with individual **** who said he was a manager at the company. He starts the conversation out with I (the consumer) may have a problem. I ask what is the problem I may have. He proceeds to tell me that the fireplace may not fit through the gate and passageway. I ask how is this my problem. Your company's representative (*****************) measured and told me that it was not going to be a problem. He was very persistent that this was my issue and that there was nothing more he could do about it. I ask him why the receipt was not emailed out to me and where was the follow-up emails and pictures of the construction. He said that was promised by someone else, not him, and not his issue. I informed him that I would not be giving a positive review of the company and his response was "Write whatever you want to about the company I don't care." Contacted ***** to let him know I had received two texts about the delivery on 12/17/22. He let me know that was wrong and that the date was set for the 20th. On the 17th it was delivered. Called left message.

Our AMAZING backyard Kokomo *********** was just installed a few days ago and we are beyond thrilled with the finished product!! We went with a custom design and could not be happier with every last detail! From working with **** at the beginning of the design process, to **** and ****** during the production to all of the guys who did the construction in the shop to the guys who came out to do the install... ***** ****** ***** Mikey, ************** everyone was soooo NICE and professional!! If you are hesitating about pulling the trigger, JUST DO IT!! We just added so much usable space to our backyard, created more privacy for us and have an amazing hang out place for our family and friends! It was definitely worth every *****!! THANK YOU Kokomos, you guys ROCK!!

Ordered our grill from the home show and was sold numerous add ons that took months to fulfill after they "forgot" to bring them when they delivered our grill last December. We have called and talked to the manager several times, left numerous messages with zero call back and still don't have our upgraded fridge door we paid for. Further more, we looked into what they delivered us, and we didn't get the mini fridge they showed us or sold us that they sell on their website. We ended up ordering the upgraded fridge door from their website since no one would call back and the fridge door they sell doesn't even fit the fridge they have us which is some off brand cheaper version. BEWARE! The grill is nice but once they have your money they won't deliver on what you bought.And don't believe when they say s*** is backorder. They told us that months ago yet I got the fridge door I ordered off their website in 2 days shipped from their facility in Phoenix.
