I had Healthy Home Flooring replace my stair flooring and second floor flooring in late 2021. Everything looked good at first but the stair panels were covered in the glue/adhesive and when stepping on them, they make squeezing and sticky noise and lifting from the stair itself. The carpet in the two bedrooms started to ripple and is lumpy. I called many times throughout 2022 and kept getting a run around and empty promises of fixing. I was told there were warranty complaints they made with the manufacturer and that they were changing management/ownership and that was why I wasn't getting anywhere. After continuing to call and pressure them, someone finally came and took photos and videos. Nothing came of it. I continued to follow up and eventually in mid 2023 someone came to chnlange out the stair flooring (nothing about carpet). Now the stairs are 10x worse, every panel lifts and has gaps. I continued to call and complain and everyday found out about them being shut down after no longer getting responses. The flooring is not glued down or connected however they should be. The panels are coming up in the hallways and the carpets are still rippling and bulking up. The carpets are supposed to have a 20 yr warranty but I have no way of acting on that warranty. The non carpet area are catching our feet and lifting everywhere. I have no idea what to do now. I don't have the money to replace or get them fixed. I am hoping there's something that can be resolved or if there may be a civil suit I may join. I would like either everything to be fixed or a refund so I am able to hire someone to fix/ replace as needed. I misplaced my paperwork so do not have the account info and was hoping it could be recovered from them.
