On 02/13/2022 I ordered a meal from Dominos Pizza using there website dominos.com. I prepaid for my order $19.97 and placed the tip of $3.00 for a tax and total of $29.46. I never received my order. I received a thank you for your order, it's been delivered email almost 2 hours later but there was no food.I promptly called the store at *************, four times and no one answered.From there I called Dominos **************** and explained the situation to a young lady.I was never offered my food to be delivered or found, I was offered a store credit and a follow up phone from the district manager because this Domino's is a corporate owned stored. I said fine a hung up, but realized I couldn't use a store credit because this store doesn't answer the phone to take orders and you can't walk-in to make a order due to Covid restrictions. So I called Dominos **************** back and another lady answered. I explained my food had never arrived, I was offered a store credit that was useless and can they just refund my money since I will not be receiving my food. She said no. And I asked why and she said because I already made a claim and had to wait, and I said that was 3-5 minutes ago and I'm asking to change it from a store credit to a refund because your store doesn't honor store credits. She than said she couldn't do it until I spoke to the general manager. I became irritated and said fine, whatever I'll just dispute the charge. Well my bank will not allow me to dispute the charge for goods not received and said I must file a complaint with your agency. I would also like to add the first agent I spoke to originally offered me a refund but I told her I really just want my food right now not money and she misunderstood that to mean I didn't want a refund. When I was saying I wanted them to deliver my food, so I'm pretty sure the second young lady could of given my money back. Also no district manager has contacted about this at all, not by phone, text or email.
