I paid $429.83 to ship a piece of native American decor. My item was knowingly damaged in the process because they stuck some of the damaged pieces in a ziploc bag. I contacted them and sent in pictures of the damage; it's been three weeks and despite countless attempts I cannot get a response or followup. I would like my money back to cover damages.Business response

Pak Mails are independently owned and operated and we own 2 of the 3 locations in *******. You may have worked with **** at the 3rd location on *************.
