      I wont dispute that L-Z Boy recliners are of the highest quality but I do not recommend buying from the ********* ** location. They have no regard for customer satisfaction. I entered the showroom and had a decent experience with the sales person on my first visit however on my visit the second day to match a color, the same salesperson was completely disrespectful. She opted to leave me standing and go visit quite obviously with a good friend. I literally sat there for over 15 min while she did personal visiting and then came back to me. But the real issue is the warehouse and delivery personnel. They sent multiple texts and email to confirm a delivery window of which I confirmed more than once. This was to no avail because the next day the furniture was not delivered nor did I receive a call explaining the circumstances. Once I reached them they said there was an issue ( incompetence and lack of teamwork basically) and they had to reschedule the delivery. Why, after confirming multiple times would they fail to notify me of a mistake and not let me know after I had to take the day off work? Complete and total disregard for customer time and no service recovery. Could someone stay late to deliver my furniture due to the mistake? Could they offer me a discount? No. Finally I was able to negotiate a return of the $99. delivery fee I had pre-paid. If you can pick up your own furniture you should be okay, but honestly the delivery was such a cluster, I do not ever recommend using store delivery personnel with this company.

      My elderly mother visited the showroom in late 2021 and though she needed a sofa sleeper at that time she needed to think about it, so when she returned to this showroom (****, **) in January 2022, the sales person sold her the sofa with a 5 month to 48 year delivery window. She put $300 down and never heard from them. In late April she decided to cancel the order and asked for her return down, the sales person refused to cancel the order and return the money. This is a horrible business and if anyone decides to shop at this location before reading the all of these reviews, then you get what you desire.

      This is not a review of the store. It s a review of La-z-boy furniture. I bought 2 ***** sofas, an ottoman and an chair in February 2020 at La-z-boy furniture Gallary, ****************************************. Because of pandemic I was not able to shop at other stores. At the show room I sat on ***** sofa bed and I thought that it was ok. I was told that sofa without an mattress will feel softer. I believed in quality of La-z-boy furniture and I did not want to buy two sofa beds I did not need and pay about $1200.00 extra. Unfortunately when I got my sofas I realized what a mistake I made. Sofas sitting cushions are very soft. They are not furm enough and not comfortable, to sit on. I sink in when I sit on it and it hurts my back. **************** rep/repair man was in my house on Thursday, July 17. He did sit on the sofa and the cushion collapsed in the back from 6 in to 0 in. I measured it. He said that it is normal, that how their cushions are. If that is the truth, it means that La-z-boy makes very poor quality sofas. I do not know what to do. I probably will have to sell the whole set (2 sofas ,a chair and an ottoman) for very little money and buy something else or at least have 7 new inserts ( better quality foam). I am 74 years old and live on fixed income. I do not have so much money to spend and I am not healthy enough to do all that. I am out of warranty for cushions since it was more than 1 year. Even if those cushions were under warranty La-z- boy would not do anything because they say that it is the way their cushions are, and that I should have bought sofa beds or sofas with recliner mechanisms. I wanted stationary sofas, and La-z boy does not make good ones. I would never recommend anybody to buy the furniture from La-z-boy. Do yourself a favor and go to another store.

      Again, sale people were nice. It is a quality of cushions I am complaining. And a customer service rep was kind of rude and did not want to admit that cushions were bad.
