I ordered a replacement cushion for my sofa at the end of August, I paid for the cushion at the time of my order. i was told that it would take 3-4 weeks for it to come in. I still do not have this cushion. We have contacted the store on several occasions and were told that they would check on it and give my husband *** and call back. This went on for several weeks. On Staurday 12/10, we went into the store in Avondale to inquire about the cushion, ***************, the manager told us that he would contact the manufacture on Monday and that it could take a couple of days to get an answer. I told *** that would be fine, but that I expected them to call my husband by Friday 12/16 with an update. That call never happened either, I called today and was told that I need to contact *** as he was at another store, I was given the number to contact him by a store employee, who placed me on hold to contact him. I hung up an called the number I was given, I tried for several hour to reach them and the phone is constantly busy. I have been more than fair with these people and at this point just want a refund. I would appreciate any assistance you can provideBusiness response

This is in regards to sales order *******. The order is in my wife's name ******* ****. We purchased a sectional sofa in January of 2021. In October we received the sofa but it was missing a piece. They said they would order the piece and we would receive an insert to complete the order. It has been 7 months since the order for the missing piece was made. My attempts to follow up on this have gone in vein. If you call the store the sales people are unhelpful and claim they have no way of looking up the order for details. A manager is never available. I have tried the online contact us email and receive no reply. I have used Facebook Messenger and sent multiple messages because that was how I eventually got a hold of them last time but this time they ignore my messages even though you can see when they have viewed your message. My wife and I would like either to be refunded for the difference between our original order and what we received or to receive the missing piece. All we really want is a delivery date but the customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. Any help in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.Business response
