A few years ago, representatives of Slide-Lok refinished my garage floor. I recently noticed two small areas where the epoxy coating has cracked off the floor. I notified Slide-Lok and was told by their local representative that they would charge a minimum of $150 to make the repair but they could not guarantee when they would be available to make such repair. Knowing this, I volunteered to make the repair myself if Slide-Lok would provide me with the small amount of materials needed to make the repair. I further volunteered to pay for the material myself and pick it up at their location. Numerous emails to Slide-Lok requesting the small amount of epoxy to make the repair have been ignored. Slide-Lok refuses to assist me in making this repair even though I have offered to pay for the material and do the repair myself.
