I ordered a couple of expensive skin care products on Amazon. All of which I have since returned. Amazon contacted me saying I had returned an oil they did not sell and that the incorrect product was returned. I had bought a Elemis collagen cream and must have by accident returned an Elemis collagen oil instead. Instead of returning the item back to me that was new and very expensive they threw away the product and of course requested to return the Elemis cream in which I have done and am now waiting to be refunded back. In the SAME order a few days later I returned three other expensive skin care products in which *** came to pick up at my house and left receipts for. I received a refund on one item which was the Farmacy deep sweep toner however the Sunday ***** Good genes and Elemis collagen cream still havent been refunded. A few days later upon checking my amazon account, the site appears as if I never requested a refund for these products to begin with. I have called several agents and one agent reassured me that the products were received and that the refund would initiate within a few business days. After seeing that this didnt happen I have called several other times and talked with several different agents whom seemed clueless and the calls constantly were disconnecting. Not once has anyone asked for the receipts of the items I returned when *** came to pick up the items. I have the evidence but still am getting the run around with no refund back. I have spent thousands of dollars on amazon and to have such poor customer service like this is stressful and frustrating. We are living during extreme inflation and I need my refund back on items that I have returned!! ! I have done everything to try to resolve this by calling and using their chat line and I am not getting anyway. Ive already reported a similar complaint about this weeks ago with receipts attached and there was no resolution.

I ordered a phone from Amazon on Thursday and it was supposed to be delivered the same day but I never received it cause it was delivered to the wrong house the I don't know where the house is and I call costumer service and I explain to them the issues and they haven't resolved the issues I told them the I don't want the phone anymore I want a refund since they took the money out of my account as soon I placed the order and I have call numerous times and all the said the some one is going to be calling me and no one called me at all or the hang of the phone in my face would you please help me get my money back from this business thank you just to make sure you guys know the picture the I uploaded is not my house at all is nothing like that anywhere in my houseBusiness response
