One of your construction trucks was driving down the street without a covering over its trailer bed a rock cracked my windshield. I tried being civil about it and calling the local company at the number listed on truck but I got the run around. One guy called stating he would send me form, another guy called me stating truck had "sticky asphalt" in it and it was impossible to fly out of truck bed, and another guy sends me a letter stating truck was empty. All of it sounds like an excuse into not reimbursing me for windshield.

We have been working with *** to schedule gas meter moving (they are the only contractor you can use with our monopoly gas company **************** They scheduled after waiting three weeks to "get on the calendar" an appointment for 12/14 at 8:30am which we confirmed two weeks ago. No one responded to emails or phone messages with the schedular earlier this week. No one showed up to do the work. They refuse to provide a contact number or office number beyond the scheduler. I reached the unaffiliated estimator and was informed that they decided to close the office for the rest of the year. Calls to main office (found through internet searches) go unanswered.

*********** contracted NPL to update the meter on ****************, and as a result, they tore some plastic sheeting that was placed there several years ago to protect the foundation from leaks and water damage. We contacted both companies and NPL came to my mothers property and assessed the damage, did minimal work to fix it. My mother did not sign off on the job being finished until she could see that no more water would come through to the basement. As of March 30, there was water in my mothers basement due to the sheeting not being fixed properly. NPL construction destroyed that sheeting and refused to come back and fix it or take ownership of the damage. My mother is out hundreds of dollars in damaged items and damaged drywall. The resolution we are seeking is for NPL to reimburse my mother for the damages and either fix their mistakes or hire another contractor to fix it.

My vehicle was damaged by the *** workers. *** was under contract with Nicor and *****************. Village of ****** ****** they are to reimburse me for the damage to my windshield, *** denied my claim when presented. I own a brand new car that was damaged by ***s workers when they were working in my neighborhood. When I passed their site a rock hit my windshield, which was witnessed by myself and my daughter in the car! Pictures were provided to document the car has no exterior damage and is immaculate condition. The crack appeared 2 days later which is standard for a windshield crack as it normally does not appear instantly, instead spreads. *** states they did no excavation, I never said they were doing excavation. I informed them when I drove past their site a rock flew right on on my windshield. *** provided no warning to construction ahead either. Once I made my claim, they brought out signage and warned drivers and subsequently having drivers move to the left lane of traffic to avoid the right lane construction! They neglected to provide advanced warning of possible hazards and I drove right next to it and my car was damaged,
