On 12/02/2023, ***********************, owner of the company, came to my house to collect $1,900 required to order the windows which he would later install. My wife gave him $2,000 cash. Since then, ****** has given me many excuses why he was not coming to install the windows. I have requested that he refunds the money or give me the product, but he failed to do so as of today's date. On 3/19/24, ****** said my windows would be delivered on Sunday, 3/24/24 due to them being in ****** with one of his employees. I advised him that he would be reported if he once again fails to break a promise. His full name is *********************** and his address is **********************************************************************. The rest of the information on BBB website is correct. He has never provided me with the receipt that he purchased the windows, even after asking him multiple times.Initial Complaint

I placed an order for glass shower doors in my hall bathroom and have had repeated issues of the glass slipping from the hinge, causing the doors to rub. This will over time cause the glass to chip and cause injury to my child who showers in that bathroom. I have been calling every few months to get the doors retightened and have asked to have the hinges replaced back in December. I had to reach out to the owner asking about the hinges because the glass is rubbing again. He said a technician was coming out on Saturday at 10 to look at it and no one ever showed up or called. I texted multiple times today and no response. I tried calling and the phone call goes to voicemail which is full. I dont feel this is good business. I am nervous the glass is going to chip and potentially shatter and hurt my child severely as the glass is heavy. I paid for shower doors and would like them to be operational and safe. I feel that is fair and should not have to continue hounding a business to repair or replace the doors.
