I owed back taxes and paid the balance off in full one and a half months ago, yet I have received 2 letters saying I owe a late penalty fee and then the interest when the interest is more than the fee itself AFTER I paid this in full. How is this so? I have called once and was spoken to like I am a child. This is completely unacceptable. I never received a response the first time I complained but this is ridiculous. I paid the new balance again to try to avoid this from happening again.

Arizona ** is the worst entity to deal /taxpayer. AZ ** did not inform me of $5000 overpayment. The *** contacted me to inform I haven't paid taxes. After carefully looking up my payment dates I realize I need to contact the Arizona **. Once I made contact on 7/3rd 2024 they confirmed having my money in their possession of $5,000 and I would receive a check within 6 to 10 business days. This was on July 3rd today is 8/1st. I never received the check and and getting them on a phone is like playing checkers! The young lady on 7/3rd also told me 'Arizona **' "will never inform individual/business of an overpayment." They will quickly send a late payment for renewal with a late fee of $25. I contacted my tax person 7/31st. He informed me to write a letter to my Congressman/Senator explaining the situation in order for me to get my $5,000 back in a timely manner (This is ********). People please beware of the tactics of the Arizona **. UPDATE we will call him ***** an employee of the (Arizona YR)!On 8/2nd at 10:14 a.m. I finally got this ***** on the phone and explained my situation. He was very short with me, I requested his badge number or/last name for my records. Agitatedly he expressed "I don't have a badge, my wife went to work and it's somewhere in her car." He also informed me "The lady you spoke with on 7/3rd does not work for **, she's outsourced and didn't know what she was doing." 'SMH' He further stated "His a direct employee of the ** and need to talk to his supervisor". Once 'R' returned from speaking to his supervisor he informed ! My funds are in an account that will be transferred to a reimbursement account and I should receive a check in the mail within 2-3 weeks. The audacity of this entity to treat people with blatant disrespect, 'not answering phones, straight to voicemail etc'. I will be following up with my Congressman/Senator stressing my concern, making suggestions of serious changes to be made within the **.

I filed my taxes four months ago. I filed my taxes April 6th. I have not received my refund! I called them couple weeks ago and was told i should have my refund by the 15th and I didnt. I called again to get a status on my refund and nobody knows where it is or whats taking so long. I was told i just have to wait. I would like to know if i will get my refund before two years. I have emailed multiple times and was told they will get back to me withing 48 hours and they have not! I check the status on their website wheres my refund and it either says status not available or too many people have filed so i need to wait for my refund. I dont have children and i did not claim anyone on my taxes. So there is no reason for it to be taking this long! I need to know when I will be getting my refund. I was told the 15th and it wasnt in my account now all they do is guess when i may or may not get my refund. This is outrageous that I am a citizen of the ************************ and they are just guessing when i will receive my refund and no action is taken. Extremely careless on Arizonas behalf.

I have not been able to access the aztaxes.gov website so that I can login to my account. When I try to login, the website says that it's down. I called the azraces phone number and it disconnected me from their phone. Someone is trying to prevent me from accessing my account at the ***** If Revenue. I am trying to get information about my tpt license information. I need to access my account asap. That is what I am complaining about. I want to be able to login in to my account whatever time I need to, whether it is late at night or during the day.

Have been trying to get ahold of this company everyday for the last month! My taxes have been automatically sent through from airbnb and then processed again through the ** tax website, showing that I'm paying double in taxes. I have been trying to call everyday and can't get through to anyone or my call being disconnected! It's ridiculous!

I was redirected from the ***** unclaimed property program to reach out to Arizona ***** of Revenue Unclaimed Property Unit due unclaimed Property Unit to my fund being transferred/escheated there from ***** to Arizona in 2020. When I checked Arizona portal nothing comes up. The money in question is from *********************** account #*********-5 in the amount of $3689.28. I also left a message on Arizona voicemail but no one has followed through on contacting me. Please assist me in claiming the funds. This was the first email sent then Arizona sent my an email to there website where I was able to fill out the document needed to aide along my identification requested and sent certified mail which was signed be the agency April 17, 2023. Then i recently sent them another email asking for them to address the issue in a better time frame due to my father's death and me having financial obligations.

I received a threatening letter addressed to a former employer that I haven't work for in 2 years. It states I owe money and they're charging interest. I called multiple times and it says I will be transferred to a representative and then says that they have high call volume and disconnects me. I then chat on line with them and they tell me to mail a letter in. Why should I spend money on postage and time to write them a letter when they are messaging an employer at my personal addresses. If the employer help taxes and didn't pay them, that is not my issue.

I filed my taxes and was approved for a refund in early march. I have called the ***** three times and they continue to state they dont have my apartment number when I have provided it to them three times and dont know why my check keeps getting issued and is lost. They are withholding 400 dollars of my hard earned money. Each time I call them it is 30+ minute hold time. Completely unacceptable.
