      I purchased an item on line through their company website and never received my merchandise. The company has quit answering my emails and the phone number I have no longer works.

      I spent $819.00 on January 10th 2021. I purchased a ar-10 upper receiver for a rifle that I was building. It is now September 3 and I still have not received what I ordered. The website nemesisdefense.com is no longer available to browse their phone number is disconnected. I just want my money back. Hopefully this can get resolved .

      Purchased on February 15th. Have reached out several times and was told the warehouse manager would be in touch, We are waiting on a part, Not sure why it's taking so long. On and on run around. Still haven't spoke to the manager. Now the phone is busy all the time. Send me the part or give me a refund. Not sure I feel confident in their ability to provide me with a quality piece at this point. A refund would be great. Credit card company said been to long sorry.

      I made an online purchase on May 4, 2021. The company charged my card for the amount of $869.97. I bought the product knowing that there would be a 2-4 week build/ship time. I called the company at 6 weeks, they informed me of parts delays. I called again at 8 and 10 weeks and was told same thing. I left a message with the customer service rep telling them I wanted to be contacted by someone with more detailed information on my order. Was told within the next 2 business days would be contacted. At 11 weeks, the phone number no longer works-only a busy signal. Had emailed the sales department thru the contact on the website, only to receive an automated reply about the plant being down for two weeks. In reading online reviews, others received the same email and had not been receiving products that had been purchased. I cannot find another way to try and get some resolution on this matter.

      4/13/21 I ordered a 7.62x51 upper receiver from this company and have been getting the run around and getting false promises. I spent over 800$ on this and they havent shipped it out and havent been able to reach them for more information. They say they cant return my money because they already started. Theyve told me that they will have it out in a week 3 times and I just want results. Attached is all the emails between me and the warehouse manager.
