My daughter was here getting her free hairstyle from a previous purchase of a flat iron that I purchased with this company at this mall location. The day my daughter was getting her hair done my sons were getting their haircut around the corner and one of my boys I needed to comb his hair so I went to Hairmosa and tried to buy a brush from them to comb my son's hair. While the girl was doing my daughter's hair I asked her if she was able to do waves in my daughter's hair and she stated she couldn't because she had already started and it would take too long and she had to use a different tool. So she stated she can do curls in her hair and she use the flat iron to do curls. I informed her I need to buy a brush and she put herself uniform on and try to sell me the system that creates waves and the brush included and some hair serum and something else like a hair mask. She originally told me like 250 or 275 I told her that was too much you know I'm just trying to buy the brush to go home my son's here and she was like well I can contact my boss and see what I can do. So she contacts her boss and comes back with 150 for everything and then I could just take the bus right now and everything else she'll give me when I come back. So we did that when she was finished with my daughter's hair she goes around the corner to show me the system that I bought and it's a curling iron and she wraps her hair around it really fast like probably ***** seconds and it falls just regularly it didn't really curly and then she said well you have to do it longer but that's how you create the ways and I was like but that's curls that's not waves so I had to my car and tried to contact the manager by text. The manager tells me that it is a system that creates waves and she can show me when she gets back to town. Two days later I'm in ******* and I see a deep wave iron and it's completely different than the curling iron system that they sold. Management did nothing to solve the situation
