On 6/9/23 I sent ******* $100.00 ( as I have done in the past) towards my entire hair style of $250 leaving a balance of only $150.00 for the appointment scheduled 7/1/23. Now mind you I was suffering hair loss in my crown from the appointmnet prior trying to give her the benefit of the doubt bc she stated that she has been doing hair for so long and this never happens That she was trying to see why my hair had broken off so bad. Advised I buy a certain product APHOGEE to see if it would stimililate the hair growth ( IT DID NT AND HAS NOT)On 7/1/23 I had spoken to (what sounded like a very frantic) *******. She was very off putting she had several appointments including mines and she wanted to know what time I would arrive.t it was around 7:15am advised her that I had already left the house. She then became very frazzled stating I have you double booked I need you to be on time! I advised her that per our conversation that me arriving at 7:30 was fine. once again an issue with her website appointment was saying 7am but we had agreed on 7:30am the night prior. she called that ****** I one had to pull over bc I can not talk and drive remind her of a text that she sent saying 7:30am arrival woud be fine.this was nt the 1st 2nd or 3rd time her style app gave conflicting appoitmnet times. A time before this she stated tht she appoligies but the appointment was in canadian time & reluctantly excussing my tardiness. I go to her appointmet reminder click on the exact appoitment and just press map it and directions and it begins to send me down grand ave I immediatly call her to see if maybe she has moved. something said well let me just turn arounnd and go towards the house addr that I had been going . I then arrive at her home at 7:40am she refuses to open the door. Blocks me and took $50 of my $100 deposit. her website she states that she only requires a $20 deposit. I Have been trying to call text voicemail dm she has completely blocked all communication from me.
