On 3/10/2024, I purchased a Vintage 2001 ******************** 30 handbag for $569 (via PayPal) from the owner of this business, *********************************. She has listed on her ******** Business page that her business, Authentic Preloved, is a registered business. Shes in other luxury brand resale groups locally in **, and in others based out of area. She seemed like a safe person to purchase from.There were problems with receiving my order due to **** fault. I eventually got my order and my self, 3 family members, and friends, immediately noticed a very bad, very strong musty odor. It was horrible. I hoped it was the box it was shipped in, and not the handbag itself. However, it was the handbag. I reached out in luxury brand resale groups that Im in to see what recommended stations were, and tried those before bothering the ********************, because this was my first ever purchase of a luxury brand handbag, it is 21 years old, and the seller said in video live ******** feed that there were no bad or strange orders. All sales are final. After I tried the recommended airing it out for 2 weeks, that didnt help; I then tried charcoal bags inside the bag zipped closed for 2 weeks. That didnt help. Then on 4/23/2024, I ******** messaged ********************, updated her on the above, asked what to do about the very strong f, very bad musty odor. She suggested trying leather scented spray or coffee beans. I didnt try the leather spray because this ******************** 30 handbag is not leather, its canvas, only handles, trim, and bag brand tags are leather. I put a brand new bag of coffee beans in the bag, zipped closed, for 2 weeks. It didnt help the odor. At that time she stated she just sold another ****************** Speedy 30 bag, and she didnt have another one to trade me with. I reached out to Ms. ******* again on 6/7/2024 to tell her I tried her suggestion of coffee beans to absorb the very bad very strong musty odor, and that didnt work. I need help resolving
