I went in on 11/26/21 to purchase a screen replacement for my home window. I brought in my original screen so they can get actual measurements. I was told I would receive my product within a week due to them being behind however I had to pay for it now so I did. It is now 01/09/22 and still havent heard back from them after many calls to them. I went in to the store asking for a refund due to me purchasing my screen elsewhere because it was needed. I was told I could not get a refund due to the screen being made alrededor. I explained that I had to purchase one somewhere else due to me being in need of it that I was told I would get it without a week and now its almost two months after I went in to purchase from them. I was told I would not get my money back so decided to take it anyway, once I get home I try to place on and it wouldnt fit.Measurements were incorrect I went back in to let them know it had to be fixed they were so quick to take my $45.14 took A very long time to give me my product and once I did it wasnt the correct size. All I asked was for them to make it right with the customer! And they did not care to do so even after the horrible customer service they provided how do you tell someone they will have what they paid for within a week and take almost two months and give them something that they cannot use and all messed up.I want the BBB and other customers to be aware or their terrible customer service they have. This was my first and LAST time I come to this location and I will make sure to rely to family and friends so they no longer conduct business with this company who doesnt know anything about customer service all their representatives were being rude when I asked for a manager they called the owner ***** on the phone whom was mo help advise his employees to contact the police instead of trying to resolve the issue that HIS company caused
