      I paid co-pays from 11/1/22 through 1/24/24. I was unaware of my coverage by state AZ State Mercy Care Plan and should not have paid any co-pays during this period of time. I 1st filed a complaint with their ******************** who referred me to their ********** Services. ********** Services stated I had to contact Mercy Care Reimbursements to request reimbursement. I sent a detailed letter to Reimbursements stating why I was requesting a refund for this period of time and that it was due to their negligence that I paid the co-pays. They never informed I was covered by their plan. I was NEVER mailed me any letters, documents, medical ID card or Handbook pertaining those services during that period. Therefore, I made the co-pays to my medical providers. Recently, I was notified about the coverage and was not responsible for any co-pays. I contacted all my medical providers and requested information on dates of service and co-pays I paid to them. I also requested they resubmit claims to Mercy Care. Some stated they were limited on how far back the could file the claims. So, I typed a spreadsheet with my medical providers, dates of service and co-pay amounts and a letter to Mercy Care requesting a refund for $345. I received a snarky letter from them yesterday dated April 26, 2024 stating my request was denied because I should have read the handbook to see I had 150 days to submit the request. Whoever responded can't read or comprehend because I stated in my letter that I never received anything from Mercy Care indicating I was covered. So, how would I know that. And, common sense says, I wouldn't have paid for Services I knew I wasnt responsible for in the first place. As someone who is disabled and on a limited income, I do not have money to just waste. I wouldnt have paid had I known I was covered.

      This company has made me miss appointments and hung up on me , and the driver stated that he picked me up and didnt , and they are doing absolutely nothing to fix this issue and are causing MAJOR issues in humans lives my son missed school they left no information
