I placed an order for ****** for tshirts. Ive never received the shirts. Ive inquired through email on multiple occasions and each time received no response. I would still like the shirts but would like a refund if thats not possible. My order number is ****.Initial Complaint

i placed an order on March 25, 2021 for a "preorder" item (*************** Pear measuring cups). In June I requested an update on the status and was told there were problems with the supply chain and given an undetermined delivery date. In September an email was sent out notifying customers of "new ownership". Preorders were still back-ordered and again, no delivery date was confirmed.The option was then to cancel (and accept a store credit) or wait for shipment updates. September 29th email stated that they "have decided to REFUND all the open/unfulfilled orders..." with a goal of "closing this out by October 15. " To date I have received no product, no refund and cannot file a claim through Paypal since the transaction is more than 180 days old.
