******************* was our inspector and he is just fantastic. He performed our 11-month inspection for a new build. Extremely thorough and knowledgeable, he found many hidden issues with the construction and presented them in such a way that the builder could not refuse to fix. He is easily accessible for post-inspection follow-*** and has assisted on many occasions while navigating the builder warranty follow-***. You definitely need **** on your side.Review from Tessa D

**** did an excellent job! I appreciated his ability to come inspect the home on short notice and he was even able to arrange a termite inspection to occur at that same time. He was very professional and good-natured throughout the process. I was extremely impressed with the presentation of his findings at the end of the inspection. ****** goes above and beyond as a home inspector. He took the time to call me (the Buyer's Agent) to run down over the property before meeting with the buyer. We overviewed in specific detail everything he observed (some of it was impressive to catch, even for an inspector) and gave practical solutions. On top of that, they gave my client a fair price that I was happy to see on their behalf.I highly recommend the team.Review from Audrey A

This is the first time I scheduled an inspection with Foundation Up. I have been doing real estate for 6 years and have used the same inspection company. I was at a presentation they gave to our brokerage and decided I would give them an opportunity. I have been so impressed. They scheduled me within one day. **** and ****** split up the inspection and got done twice as fast. They were very thorough and didn't miss a thing. They reviewed findings with my client upon completion. The termite inspection was awesome as well. I love their one year warranty if there is no termites. I called for a clarification on an item. They called me back immediately and edited the report and emailed be within the next 5 minutes. I feel they respect your time. *** does an amazing job throughout his inspection. He took photos of every area of the home and walked my client through each one. He described every item in detail, gave suggestions for how to fix or adjust as needed, and explained how to care for each one. He also added his insight on preventative care for various equipment and areas inside and outside the home. I highly recommend using Foundation Up Home Services, LLC!Review from Yozana A

**** is a amazing home inspector, He is thorough and professional. His inspection report is very detailed and he explains to my clients everything on it and answers their questions in terms that everybody understands..I would highly recommend Foundation Up for your next home inspection.
