I was very happy with this company. They would alway check with us if there was something that needed our attention. They were willing to work around our schedule, very accommodating. They took tons of dirt out and they had to bring those tons of dirt back in to refill the very deep holes. They taped brown paper on the floors to try and keep the dirt to a minimum. They covered my furniture with plastic. And everyday they swept the floors and cleaned up after themselves

Called Hero Plumbing late morning to unclog my tub/shower drain. They offer $59 to unclog a drain.. When they came in one of the 1st things they also offered is to do a video scope of my pipes for free. This should have been a clue but I continued to let them unclog the drain. Needless to say they tried two routes to unclog and both unsuccessful. They then tried their video camera but said they could not get to shower drain. They then told me I had 2 options. The 1st was to remove tub and fix drain there for $4500. 2nd option was to cut a hole and remove concrete on other side of the bathroom wall so they could replace all bathroom drain for only $9500. When they left I was asked to pay the $59 which I did. Later in the afternoon another plumbing company came and they were able to unclog the drain in less than 15 minutes and only $150. It pays to get a 2nd opinion.

Hero Plumbing is more of a Villain services! They have done more damage than repair! The job was to only fix a blocked drain turned into a spot sewer pipe repair and then they wanted more and more money! When I asked for evidence for what they are saying they said that it was fixed and try to cover up what they did by pouring concrete and dirt into the pipes to cover up the half fast job. If it wasnt for my father in-law who was present during that time as my wife was in labor to test the repair that they said they had fixed I would be without a house by now due to more damage that it would have caused. When we tested the pipe, it leaked and flooded the hole back and caused another back up. They refuse to give me an explanation as to why they had done what they did and refuse to refund me my money for not doing the job. They did not put covering on my floors dragging sewage and mud throughout my house. I have all of this in writing and have all pictures to prove everything! Be very careful with this company!

Well, this starts off like ***** had an emergency, my homes sewer started backing up in my kitchen. I wasnt prepared, didnt know what to do, so I called a local plumbing companyLet it begin. We called out Hero Home Services, now we are finding out what a mistake that was. We were expecting the $45. Clogged ************* as they advertise. ******* showed up and first thing he asked was do you have homeowners insurance that should have been my first indication that this was a scam.He attempted to clear the drain but was not able to. They tried to camera the drain but couldnt see anything. Thats when they got a restoration company involved. Quick Restore came out and wanted to tear my kitchen a part and charge my insurance company thousands of dollars.They came out put dryers in the home and now they are trying to charge my insurance company thousands to do dry out and the anticipated rebuilding of my kitchen.So now that everything is dry, I called another plumbing company for a second opinion. Amazing, this guy showed ** and had my drains fixed in 4hrs all my plumbing issues are resolved.Now I have working plumbing, I called the restoration company to get them to remove the fans and dehumidifiers. They missed their first appointment, came out the next day and didnt remove them, they added???? Not sure why, we asked them to remove them from my home.Now I have Hero Home Services that should ONLY be charging me $45 for the drain clearing wanting to collect $1300. FOR NOTHING! They never completed any work! Then on top of it, the restoration company wanting $2457.30 to run fans and humidifiers for 3 days.This is a massive insurance scam! Shame on you Hero Home Services! You should be ashamed of yourself for taking advantage of people in need! You completed NO work! I will not pay for services that have NOT been performed.Its a shame that the plumber gets a kick back from the restoration company! .scam.

Excellent service issue was resolved quickly by ******* Now they have a life long customer.

This company is fantastic. Their techs are extremely knowledgeable and friendly as well as following COVID guidelines. I would highly recommend them and will be using this company for any plumbing issues l.
