      SCAM! I placed an order for a part for a piece of equipment but the company has not shipped it on time. They charged me immediately and I should have had it by now but it has not been shipped and they are not answering me. They just say they will get back to me via text but no follow up. The phone either just rings and no one picks up or doesn't connect. Don't buy from them.

      ON NOVEMBER 13TH 2023 I ORDERED A A319ABC-12-10 A319 ELECTONIC CONTROL ON B2E SURPLUS WEBSITE TRANSACTION # ******. I WAS CHARGED $209.14 AND NEVER GOT THE PRODCUT OR A REFUND. I AM CURRENTLY SEEKING A REFUND. I HAVE CONTACTED THE COMPANY NUMEROUS TIMES BY EMAIL, PHONE AND TEXT. NO RESPONSE AT ALL. THIS APPEARS TO BE FRAUD TO ME

      I purchased a 36" Stainless Steel Duct Cover for the Wolf Pro Island Range Hood (part # ******) from the B2E Surplus website on May 6 2023 - it said that it was in stock and would ship immediately. It has been 9 days and we still have not received shipping notification or the product. I called early last week spoke with someone who was surprised it hadn't shipped and said he would check what the holdup was and get back to me but I never received any updates. I have called and left multiple voicemails since, and have sent multiple emails, and none have been returned. My "Desired Resolution" is to have the product I paid for shipped and delivered with express shipping (paid for by B2E surplus to make up for the delay). Thank you.

      I ordered a faucet and received the wrong item. I returned the item in March and requested a refund. I have contacted the store several times, but have yet to receive a refund though I was assured I would receive one on several occasions. I can now not get in touch with anyone at the store. I am seeking a refund for my return of the original amount charged to my card of $236.31. He changed the status to "refunded", but I have not had the price reinstated to my card.

      We are aware of this issue, and have been trying to work it out with our payment processor.

      This payment was made via Apple Pay. This was caught up in our system, because we no longer use Apple Pay with the same payment processor.

      To fix this, we will get in touch with you, and send a check payment via Overnight service.

      We apologize for the inconvenience. Please note that we do take ******* orders per month, and rarely have issues like this. It just happened during a payment processor transition.

      Made purchase of refurbished Burndy Y35 crimping tool ( 3 shown in stock ) on line Feb. 8, 2023 and received email order confirmation #******.Also received email form *** on Feb. 8, 2023, thanking me for the order and saying, "I'll get this shipped today".Credit card charged on Feb. 9, 2023 in the amount of $1,489.13.Got email on Feb. 13, 2023 updating status to "shipped" and "no tracking numbers assigned yet".Have called and left message requesting tracking info. Nothing.Have sent multiple emails requesting tracking info, etc.Sent group email to all (4) of the email addresses shown on website and the (1) additional email address I have from the *** thanking me for the order.Still no response.Have contacted the bank this morning to flag this as a fraudulent charge.

I have left several emails and voicemails with no response. ************************* with B2E Surplus LLC emailed me on 1/23/23 saying he was going to process a refund to give him ***** hours. We still have not received the refund of $474.67. We appreciate any help you can give us.**************************************** **** ************

      We have reviewed this, and found that there was a technical error regarding this transaction. We have contacted our merchant account provider, and were able to push through a refund. You should receive a confirmation from our payment provider shortly.

      Because this response is public, I have to mention that our shop fills ******* orders per month, for the past 10 years. We try to stay on top of every transactions. Problems can arise sometimes. But we strive to be a solid industrial goods supplier.

      Because we are business-to-business, we very rarely receive positive reviews or follow-*** on platforms like this. But we are always doing our best, and most orders are filled without any issues.

      Purchased a $3300 hot water heater on B2E Surplus website. My email confirmation stated it would be delivered in 3 days. It was not delivered. I have sent 2 emails, 1 message through their website and have left 2 phone messages with my order number inquiring about this order. NO RESPONSE. I will be taking this matter up with my bank and making a fraud report tomorrow. I ordered this item 3 weeks ago. This company clearly has no reason they should have an A+ rating when they basically took my money. Fun fact: I had bought the last one they had in stock yet its still on the website as 1 left remaining.

      Hello,

      This transaction has been refunded. The customer had disputed the credit card transaction, and we have accepted and taken liability in the dispute.

      We apologize for the inconvenience to the customer. We are transitioning through some changes with our own suppliers and operations (ie, new vendors, transitioning inventory to Amazon Fulfillment) and have been behind on some of our problems. This is a very rare problem for us.

No one from the business has ever personally responded to my calls or emails.  I did get an order cancellation notification so I will follow up with my bank to assure all funds were refunded.
