      Had an annunity contract with Oxford Life Insurance ** that came out of surrender on Sept 24th, 2022. We submited an exchange request shortly after the surrender date to another Insurance **. Oxford delayed the exchanged with excuses for several months. The exchanged never matterialized and fell through. As a result I had to select another Insurance **. ****************. Paperwork was resubmitted to Oxford and they are still holding the exchange up stating it's in review for another 15 to 20 days. ....Sounds very excessive to me!! Is there anything that can be done to expedite this exchange....Thank you for all your help,*********************************** ************

      The Lawyer for my late *************** sent in a claim for her Life Insurance Policy to Oxford Life Insurance on November 4th 2022. I am Executrix of her Estate. The stall tactics have been unbelievable! The Documents that have been sent in twice includes my Mother's ***** Certificate, Father's ***** Certificate, original voided check, Marraige Certificate. I overnighted every document they requested. I've initiated all contact with them to discover the various hold *** on this claim which they said were the documents stated above. I've repeatedly asked for the ************ to contact me to No Avail. Today, Jan. 31 2023, when I called they need to "Review the Trust Documents". They have had possession since the Estate Lawyer sent them on Nov.4th 2022 all the Trust Documents. Documents they have had for 3 months. It is my believe that something will be found or needed with concerns with the Trust Documents to create another stall tactic. This Policy is a fairly substantial amount. After reading some of the reviews on the BBB website I see that I'm not the only one who have had problems with this company. Is there anything you can do to help me resolve this recurring nightmare with Oxford Life Insurance. I would like them to pay out this Life Insurance Policy. I have 2 siblings that are waiting on me to resolve this issue and collect their share of our Mother's Life Insurance Policy Thank you

      I am filling a complaint against Oxford life insurance company. Policy AS00069085. I filed for a death benefit claim on February 17, 2022. My mother in law passed. The company has given my wife and I the run a around on settling the claim. I have forward to the company all documents required. I sent them a certified copy of the death certificate. I know the company received the certificate. Because I asked for it to be returned. I have gotten the certificate returned from the company. I have spoken with a manager named *****. I have called them daily for the last two weeks. I would appreciate you looking into this matter. My return telephone number is ************. My name is ***************************.       I would not recommend Oxford Insurance to anyone. My mom died on Dec. 18th and we buried her on Dec. 22nd. I had to put her funeral on a credit card it not she would be in a freezer somewhere. I am glad I had credit cards. They still saying they are having to do her medical records. It's funny when they were taking her money. They did not need medical records every time they withdraw her money nothing about medical records. Now, All of a sudden they wanting to do all the research to find a way not to pay. Before long they will need for us to dig her up for her DNA. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
