Order #***** I ordered saw blades on 4/24/24. I got a confirmation the following day that the order was received and my card was charged. I checked a couple days later to see the status of my order and it hadn't even been pulled from stock yet. I paid for priority shipping because I really needed them ASAP and I've tried emailing and calling them with no response on either of them. I tried several times today to get a hold of them over the past few days and nobody answers the phone. I decided to look online for additional information and saw all the terrible reviews and how people order stuff and never receive it. I'm ****** off to say the least. I've ordered lapidary equipment from other sources and had it in hand after a few days. I don't understand why they are allowed to continue to sell on their website with no intention of sending anything. They have $53.92 of my money that I will probably never see again.Initial Complaint

I placed an order on feb.5 2024. I received a partial fulfillment of my order. I then called,emailed, and message boarded them , no reply. They never called back, I still have not received all of my merchandise or refund. I go back on their website and check their reviews, I am not the only one that they have done this to. Cutting edge supply store has a history of not giving their customers their merchandise. They are schiesters.Initial Complaint

I purchased 4 Silver Cuff Braclets to put cabachons ( stones) into for Christmas Presents on Dec 8, 2023.I purchased 5 items, 4 bracelets at $ ***** each ( $42.12), & 1lb.Cerium Oxide ($16 00) for polishing. I was charged $24.37 for shipping & handling, for a grand total of $82.49 I received the cerium Oxide on Dec 12, 2023.As of today Feb 21, 2024 I have not received the bracelets, a refund to my card, nor any of the shipping charges to the card returned.I have emailed 6 times, called, & left messages 5 times. I ordered a Diamond Pacific 24" Industrial Slab Saw from Cutting Edge Supply July 24, 2022 and paid in full for my order at that time through PayPal. **** from Cutting Edge Supply Store called me to confirm my order and informed me that it would be approximately 1 year for my order to be manufactured and delivered. I stated I understood and thanked him for letting me know. In July of 2023 I called and emailed to find out the status of my order as it had been 1 year since I placed my order. ***** at Cutting Edge Supply Store stated she needed to contact the manufacturer, Diamond Pacific, to find out the status. ***** never called or emailed me back. I have been calling and emailing numerous times to request my order status with no response from anyone. I decided to contact the manufacturer directly. They stated they received my order back in July of 2022 and asked the seller, Cutting Edge Supply Store, to send them half of the cost of the saw so they could get started on it. Cutting Edge Supply Store never sent them any money and I paid in full at the time the order was placed back in July of 2022. Diamond Pacific also stated they no longer make the saw I ordered. I have been calling and emailing ***** Springerly in **************** and ****, the owner of ****************** Store, requesting a refund, but there is still no response from anyone. I have reported this to the Federal ************************* and now the Better Business Bureau. I will continue to report this to any authority and news station that *** be able to help bring justice.Initial Complaint

We are desperately trying to get an item refunded that we purchased on January 20 2024. The order number is #***** For the amount of 2045$We have tried EVERY single day since January 21 to ask a question at first after 5 attempts on that first day. I decided to go read up on their reviews. To my disbelief I notice that they have almost 90% of their reviews as 1 stars. People have waited months to get an answer from them, calls, emails, virtual chat are never answered by them YET they advertise that they will get back to you in 24/48 hours. Which at this point is not the case and some reviews are recent as well and they also are not able to reach them. We have sent emails and messages on the phone every single day and have not heard a single time from them. At this time they literally have 2045$ held up from me as I cant reimburse this purchase. This company orders the specific item from another company, once they receive the item it is shipped to us. I have contacted Cabking which is the supplier. They have tried to reach out to them by being friendly and helping us, but EVEN THEY cannot get in contact with Cutting Edge Supply. So far me and my wife feel robbed out of our money.******* has escalated this with someone higher than their supervisor as we have been told. We just want a simple refund ASAP.Ive included our receipt, picture of their 24/48 hour reply advert if you need anything else please do not hesitate to call me or email me. On January 8, 2024 I purchased 50lbs of 60/80 Tumbling/Lapping grit. It was $122.50 with $59.70 for shipping for a total of ******. On 1/9/24 the money was charged to my credit card. I received an email on 1/8/24 saying my order was confirmed with order number #***** and they would notify me when it ships. I have called and emailed them on 1/16/24, 1/18/24 and 1/23/24. I have had no response. When I call it just goes to voicemail and I have not had any emails since the first one with the order number. They have not sent me my order or even updated me on when I should be expecting this to be shipped. On there website it states that the product will ship within 24 hours. It has been 24 days and nothing.
