** January 2023, I hired feeders of Arizona, my grapefruit tree was looking sickly, so a technician came out I believe was the owner. He looked at the tree and told me it was diseased and was getting too much water, so he quoted me a price of $600 which I thought was outrageous, so I called him back and told him I didnt want his service. It was too much so he would say, I would do it for 500, which I hired him. and the tree would be OK. so five months I called him and said the tree wasnt doing any better,he said he would be out week after week. He never showed up. I text and then he said, when I get time we will get over waited and waited , I called the number number which was his home phone number or cell number he answered. I asked him if I can get an inspection on my tree he came out ,didnt know he was here before. he was telling me all about the disease the tree had and he could do this and that and finally I told him, sorry you were out here five months ago , that caught him off. Guard.. and said he would touch it up within a week. Its been two weeks, now he doesnt get back to me.Business response

I was in constant contact with this customer. Went back out and reviewed the tree again in the beginning when we first seen the tree it was very sick. It was improperly being watered. We try to do whatever is possible with modern day technology to help these trees, I told him I would redo the tree for free. I have to get it back on my schedule at this time of year. Our schedules are booked out two weeks and we were back out there Friday morning retreated to TREE for zero cost. But we can only do so much for a tree when we see it the first time it is very sick we cannot perform miracles. The tree was very neglected. Once again the tree has been treated and fed for free. Were trying to do what we can to help the tree customer service or number one goalCustomer response

*********************, Tree Feeders of Arizona, ************, email: ********************** (he has no published address) . We are retired military and he gave us an estimate for landscaping work. This included feeding 4 dwarf palms & professional advice for alleviating the heat situation with the 8 rose bushes in 2 planters. He recommended more roses which was questionable advice but we went with it. He quoted $1,900 for the job requiring a cash down payment without providing any written statement of work on letterhead or invoice, which was also questionable but we went with it. He didn't show up on the scheduled date claiming a "mix up" of clients so we rescheduled. The climbing roses planted was a bad recommendation with the **** style roses already in the planters, and no evidence that the palms were fed at all, After a week ALL the newly planted rose climbers died, except one. The Western Chapter of *** where he claims membership has NO record of him or his business! He also stated he doesn't provide any warranty for any of the work performed by his company. The only payment he accepts is cash, no credit cards. He has no business address posted or listed anywhere, and only operates by phone or email. For two weeks I tried contacting **** by phone and email about the dead roses and feeding of the palms. I also requested an invoice/receipt that included line item statement of work. He has refused to produce an invoice/receipt. We decided to just demand a refund of the dead rose climbers and be done with him, much less ask for a refund of the unfed palms. We submitted what we felt was an equitable refund price to him by email and with a date certain for the refund. The only reply answer to that was one word, "OK". That was 3 weeks ago so essentially he's ignoring the situation with no refund. We ask BBB to review this fraudulent business and stand by our request for the refund rightly due to us for the poor quality dead roses he charged a high amount for.Business response
