My original complaint was submitted last year #******** and was apparently dismissed after a few months but was never informed until I had to call and ask what was going on. I am not sure why it was dismissed as I submitted proof that this company was lying. I have called several times and emailed and no one has gotten back to me. I would like this to be resolved. This company is selling equipment that they are not legally allowed to sell and was not honest with me when I purchased from them. Please get back to me. It's been almost a year that I've had to deal with this company and I am exhausted and just want a refund from them.Business response

Hi ******,We sold ***************************** a used medical device. She lives in ******* We sell equipment to buyers throughout the ** and the World. It is not our responsibility to know the user laws of each state and country. It would be impossible to keep track of this. The responsibility of knowing who can operate medical devices and where they can operate them is up to the buyer.Customer response

Its funny that you now remember selling me a laser because in the last complaint case you denied even knowing me. As a company selling highly dangerous class 4 lasers you should probably know that the person purchasing them is qualified to use them without causing harm to others. You did not even check to see if I had any qualifications. Regardless of whether or not this device was approved you still have not acknowledged that it was damaged upon delivery which I have mentioned dozens of times and not once have you ever responded. All you have done is ignore me. I have proof of an invoice, I have proof in your emails that you dont even have the proper licensing to sell to ******, which health Canada has been notified of and are in the process of making sure you are not able to sell here without that license. All I wanted was a simple refund, which should have made possible as you have no outlined return policy listed anywhere on the invoice or website. It would have been easier than going through all of this hassle. If this cannot be resolved than unfortunately I will have to get my lawyer involved which I have been putting off because I feel like this can be a simple solution. I return the laser, I will pay shipping, I get my money back, and you can sell to someone who can actually use the laser. I am highly disappointed by the communication with you and have found it extremely unprofessional at times. The laser is still untouched. Hand pieces are still wrapped up and it has been in a safe storage location so I can assure you its in the exact same condition it was in was I received it.Business response

We sold this customer a valid, working aesthetic device. She is stating that she cannot operate in ****** because it is not cleared for use by Health Canada. We offered to resell the device for her but she has refused this and just wants a refund. We have stated that we cannot give her a refund but we can find a buyer for her machine and she has refused this option.

You sold me something you knew could not be used in ******. My friend also inquired about purchasing the same laser months after just to see what you would say and said she lived in the same area as me and wanted to know if it was approved and you said YES, knowing that I had been in contact with you several times telling you it was not! I also have told you about 20 times now that it was damaged with water when it was delivered and you still to this day have not acknowledged that!!!!!!!!!!!!! Maybe if I put a ton of !!!!!!!!! Youll actually notice what Im saying!!!!!!!!!!!!! And dont try to blame anything on the delivery company because YOU should have not shipped a laser with water in the tank,
I dont even know why you are out right lying about anything when I have every single email as proof.
if you know anything about the product youre selling, which clearly you dont. You dont even ask buyers for a certification which is mind boggling to me.
You have given excuse after excuse. I was preparing with lawyers until something significant happened in my life and I had to put it on hold but now I think I am going to continue fighting this because you are a *****! All I asked for was a refund which you say you cant do although that was NEVER stated on your website or the contract I signed. The machine is sitting in perfect condition, hasnt been used, one hand piece still in original packaging. From time to time I have continued to turn on the device to make sure it is working properly and have been replacing the water, even though I have not been using it. All I want is you to give me my money back. You have said you could re sell it for half the original price I paid and that I have to pay $1000 shipping, what, so you can make more money off of this device? Youre not a business man, just a complete scammer. Just be a proper human being and make it right.
