PLEASE! PLEASE! PLEASE!! DO NOT USE THEM! I used their app in April to take out funds as I have done numerous of times and I pay over $700 2x a month. Keep in mind there is no way for me to change my payment date on the app. I noticed that they had not taken the payment out of my next paycheck. Come the end of the month they took that paycheck on the 30th, and had also scheduled another payment to come out the next day. When I called them told me, I changed my payments to come out on the 1st and 30th which is untrue because remember I cannot change when I pay on the app. They told me I told them there was no way I could afford for them to take over $1400 out of my paycheck. They did fear tactics with me because they know they can wreak havoc in my life for missed payment. They then said it was a system error on their side but I still had to pay. How is it that I was responsible for their system issue!!! I had no intention of taking any more loans from them because I am drowning in debt with them already. They told me they could not stop the other payment and if I stopped it with my bank they would just keep trying to put but they could only suggest that I take out additional money and they would give me $300 dollars which is ridiculous because that goes back to them in the form of interest. So now that additional funds have been added to what I have to pay back. I am so angry at myself getting on this never ending nightmare as it has caused me not to be able to keep up with my other responsibilities. A lot of stress and anxiety. I BEG OF YOU TO FIND ANOTHER WAY TO GET FUNDS!! DO NOT NOT USE THEM. If you cant borrow and payback right away, stay away from them because it is a gateway to hell!!

I had bad experience here after they get all my information then they told I've been denied n when I'm asking the lady to withdraw or delete my information she said she cannot because next time when I come back I have my record there why? should I go back when they deny me on the ist time frustrating ??

Look, I know what I signed up for and I was consistent for YEARS, fell into a hard time, revoked auto pay, said info was deleted. They took $300 out today after I was already working with their collection department and refuse to refund it. Terrible predatory lender

Do not do business with this company. It is nothing but a scam. You will take forever to pay of your loan while they earn interest off. and earn money off of you.Then refuse to return the money you have paid into the savings program. Absolutely and completely preditory.

Predator loan over 200 percent interest they don't tell u on phone over a sign then send ur contract agreement after u get there money Gave 3k for a 400 loan now its says I still owe payed 200 monthly n sometime weekly still says I owe 1200? Crippling me on.ssdi. I called the state there not even allowed to keep open because my car was totaled and signed over to third party. If they don't close their now committing fraud.

I've made my payments every two weeks and usually pay double the owed payment amount. Two weeks ago they started harassing me like they didn't get their payment. Sending them screenshots of my bank transaction history did no good. I still paid them another payment and still harassing me by phone and text. I'm going to pay loan off and never borrow from them again.

I have received a few short term loans from this compnay. The first 2 or 3 went well, exactly as explained to me. I had a 4th one I needed to take because my uncle died and his funeral was right before payday, so I got it and made payments as I was supposed to then the company started doing random charges to my different bank accounts, including 2 days after I paid off the Loan in total so I could take a full amount available a couple of days later. They charged my bank 60 and change, which I didn't have because I had just paid of that loan. I was unaware that they charged me and received daily overdraft fees of $10 a day, in addition to the original 35-dollar charge for the returned check fee. They do their payments through a digital check. I do not use checks at all, and they are the only company that I have payments coming out of that acct. I have tried to remove my acct they keep messing up from their app/ software but it will not allow me to do so. I have on several occasion tried to reach out to them to correct the error on the loan which now states that I owe 60 on that I had paid on full and asked that the fees I accrued as a result of thier mistake to be applied to my current loan with them. Not only have they refused to return my calls to rectify this issue over the last 2 weeks, but as of yesterday they charged my another 60 dollars from the one loan I had already paid in full because they did not fix their error and it again put that bank account in the negatives.

I was redirected to them from another loan I was applying on another sight I watch the video explaining the way the loan works clearly states its all your money when you pay it back a certain amount goes to a interest account ok well I get a email that looks funny about the numbers also gave me a link to download the app it dosent work the reviews for the app are terrible so I start looking immediately I called and push option 2 for a call back multiple times I never received a call back I finally emailed after several calls with no answer or no return call all I wanted to do was lower the amount of the loan nothing else. When someone I finally got ahold of someone they told me know I ran out of time I explained I called they call me a liar more then less told them I emailed said they never got it. That weird they never had any problem before and I have proof of both Im pretty sure thats a scam tactic like I said I was applying for another loan never herd of them but when they offered the amount and I watch there video I agreed until I see whats really goin on. Be ware I finally talk to someone gonna let me cancel the loan she said its in the computer but sure enough there hitting my bank for the amount of the loan. I should pay back the initial cash loan amount plus interest but they want that plus 50 plus something else huh. Now I know its a scam
