This company calls and texts from numerous numbers, regardless of how many times I have responded "STOP" or asked them not to call. They are harassing me, and I'm sure I'm not the only one. I block their number, and they just call from another number. Every single day, multiple times a day. This is pure harrassment.

We have no record of this phone number or client in our system. We only have a single contact number and cannot be held responsible for calls made by other companies when this client applies online. Please provide numbers we supposedly called from so we can further investigate this issue.Customer response

This company should have a lowered BBB rating as they are harassing me (and I'm sure others) in a predatory way.Business response

Again we have no record of contacting this person. We do show a record of this person applying online with multiple companys including Bitty Advance which would explain why other companies are reaching out. However we cannot be blamed for every call this client receives. The number listed has been placed on our internal do not call list but I am afraid this will not help other companies from reaching out and this person blaming us.

Better Business Bureau:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved. Although their response is incorrect, as I did not apply. I understand they got my number from somewhere, but I had asked multiple times, replied to their text messages to "STOP" but continued to receive text messages and calls from people saying they were from this company. As long as I never hear from them again, I am satisfied with this response.

This company contacted me numerous times and are in violation of the ***** They have 3 addresses listed on the BBB website, the ********** SOS website and **** and Bradstreet website. Mail can not be delivered to any of the addresses. The ********** SOS website ****** the business was terminated. Their website is still up and running, theyre answering phones and sending emails. I am demanding this business contact me to settle this matter before I take the next step to protect my rights.Business response
