I have a warranty for my ******* Front loader washing machine and Runyon Appliances was contacted in April and the company came out the next day and told me they needed to order parts. A month went by and no word from the company so I contacted ****** warranty and had them contact Runyon Appliances then ****** warranty sent me an email letting me know they would fix my washer. They changed the time without telling me when they would be out. I told them I have an email with the time they would arrive and at that point the woman told me I didn't no how to read the time. Obviously I am 58 an can read and decipher between military and regular. So while I slept because I work overnights they worked on my washer. It still doesn't work properly. I really dread calling this appliance company back since they already made me wait over a month interrupted my sleep because they have issues of giving good customer service amongst the disrespect I received on the phone with their customer service team. No email or paperwork giving me any updates.
