Hello, I had my ******* mattress delivered by Bedtime Bedroom Store on 10/2/21, purchased on 9/22/21. The bed stopped working as of 7/16/2024. I did call the business I purchased it from only to find the number is not working. So I'm assuming Bedtime Bedroom store in ********* ********* is no longer open. I've tried numerous numbers for ******* which is the manufacturer of this automatic bed. One I tried with prompts was the service **** of ******* leaving 2 messages. No response. I did send a message to customer service on 7/23/2024. I guess what I originally was hoping for was someone who could problem solve with me, but what I can't understand is why no one can at least return a call or email. I'm assuming this bed is out of full warranty of 2 years, but my understanding is there is a limited 20 year warranty . i was also hoping to find out if there were any service techs in the areaBusiness response

This customer never contacted us about the problem. This is the first time we are hearing about this. I have my customer service team reaching out to her to make sure we can help get the situation resolved.

After numerous phone calls that went unanswered I found a phone number online that someone actually answered. The next day I had to pull the mattress and the platform to find the serial number. Come to find out this Bedtech has numerous manufactures and the tech that called said his company did not manufacture it based on the serial number. So He gave me a number to call for the company he felt manufactured this bed. On 7/31/24 I called them and was told I need to file an online complaint. with them. Which I tried to do, but I can't for this bed. I've hit so many walls regarding not getting help. Serco does have a product that I bought last year, a electric recliner. But no listing for this Bedtech bed.
The tech I spoke to yesterday did give me some tips to maybe see if the bluetooth wasn't connected. But going through this process with him it was connected but the bed still not work. This is the serial number ****************************. No business has reached out to me. It is through my constant digging I'm finding chaos with this company. Multiple manufactures. Multiple phone numbers.

I bought a frame from a dealer in ********. I then moved to ********* and the bed frame bent in normal use 15 days after I got it. They have an unconditional 20 year warranty. I followed the steps they told me to for filing a claim. Had their technician come out look at the bed photograph the frame failure and confirmed it could not be repaired and would recommend a replacement. Its been 2 months with calls every week. Many times no one answers. The customer service manager a ******* keeps making excuses. Then its an excuse that the President needs to confirm it. The frame was purchased due to a medical issue they have been informed with no concern. The latest excuse was it didnt have enough legs. Again their technician was here looked at it and took pictures!!!!! Im ready to file a small Claims. The frame was over 1500. Its the second best they sell And it still broke.Business response

We sent out a replacment adjustable base for this customer. This should resolve the customer complaint. We went above and beyond what our warranty states. The warranty states that the customer in in charge of the freight. We didn't charge the customer to help them out.

Better Business Bureau:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution was satisfactory to me.however the above above and beyond is not fully true. They did ship a base but I did not ask for that. I said picking up a new one in my city would be fine. The added service was appreciated as it took them 2 months to fulfill basic warranty. Hopefully this new one wont break as well. Warranty service is subpar in my experience.
