      told labs and appointments were valid but were fraud decieting the customer. Lost labs should be done away from their disabled lab and they should pay for the negligence cause for 4 unneccesary trips to their office costing over $5000 in travel and time off of work.

      I went to the Sonora Quest in ********, ** on ********** and ******* on 11/3 at 11:00am to get blood drawn. I didnt have a mask on so the guy behind the counter said put this on. So I was trying to put on the mask correctly and I guess I took too long to put it on and he was standing there staring and rudely said, put it on. So I said chill out I am. So because I was taking too long they asked me to leave because they said I was rude when they were the rude ones to me. I had this appointment to get blood drawn for health reasons. He didnt have a right to mistreat me like that when I was putting on my mask. So he got his manager and both of them said I had to leave for no reason and to go somewhere else. I have never been treated like this and the way they made me leave was unacceptable. All because I was taking too long for them to put on my mask.

      I have ***************** Blue Shield through my employer. I see a physician (via Telemedicine) in ********** since COVID. I have weekly lab work drawn at Sonora Quest Laboratories for my medical condition.I have been having lab work drawn at sonora quest for 2 years. my employer changed from United to BCBS Jan 1st 2021. I had my weekly blood drawn for 6 months, and then began receiving bills in July 2021 that claims were denied, and then billed out of network, even though labs are covered 100% by my insurance and Sonora Quest is in network with BCBS. I believe that Sonora Quest is billing improperly and thus BCBS is denying full coverage. And Sonora quest is sending surprise medical bills to balance **** for my blood tests.I can supply all the bills from Sonora quest and the EOBs from BCBS, but there are approximately 100 pages.

      I'm filing a complaint against Sonora Quest for trying to collect a debt that I was never informed of. I became aware of this debt once it appeared on my credit report. Sonora Quest sent an account to collections for $576.00 for Lab work that was done on June 4, 2020. The blood was collected by 1st Care Family Medical and then sent to Sonora Quest. I contacted Sonora Quest today, and they mentioned they sent the bills to my previous address. Also, they said the information for my Lab work was sent to them without my insurance information. I mentioned I hadn't lived there for over a year and mail was forwarded for 1 yr. The representative said they could no longer do anything since it's more than a year old. I also mentioned 1st Care Family should had provided all the info. I requested to speak to one of the supervisors, and no callback. I talked to MJ-the billing sup from 1st Care Family, and said they forwarded all my insurance info along with the blood sample.

      Getting angry with Sonora quest, they don't my shared info when I go to my local lab, They use whatever *************** they use for all customers, and because of that Aetna bounces their claim and then that is that then I get a **** after **** from Sonora Quest, this happens over and over again. This is getting old and frustrating as you can imagine. Please make this stop.First here and then it goes to the secondary insurance. Here are those.(1) My free insurance from work - Aetna - CoreCivic ID ********** AFBP OPEN CHOICE PPO ************** PAYOR NUMBER ***** **** CLAIMS P O BOX *****, ********************************************* Then BCBS steps in.       My name is *************************, I'm *************************** husband, we are complaining we went to Sonora Quest to do some tests required, as my wife has ********* ** **** are doing all our best to get her the cure, the day could make difference to her treatment, however we went last Friday September 3rd to Sonora Quest Lab, & since then we didn't get any results, I have tried several times to call them on different phone numbers but couldn't get anyone on phone. I called my doctor in Honor *********** was the shock that my tests were cancelled without informing me & without any valid reason. I wanna know why my tests were cancelled, & they are delaying my ************** health is in danger.

      Dear Sir * Madam,<*p>

      I regret to inform you that the response received from  Sonora Quest is not correct, we have contacted my insurance company (Bluecross Blue Shield) policy number WZCW01184813, & they confirmed that no one has contacted them pertains any approvals, moreover I got to know from them that there are even some tests don't require approvals before doing it, it can be claimed later on.<*p>

      However, even though we are totally responsible for any payments that haven't been approved by the insurance, & definitely we gonna pay it, they should have informed us that they couldn't get the required approvals which is totally far from the reality because I asked them about any required insurance approvals & they confirmed that nothing is required. What they did, is they negligently cancelled test & delayed my wife's cure from the Hepatitis C.<*p>

      I actually still didn't get any solid solution or how to make it up to me & my wife, who had to leave our jobs again to re-do the tests instead of the cancelled ones from their side due to lack of their employees, which as a result, we are still suffering up to now of delaying my wife's cure * treatment & in return & in order to cover this mistake & instead of apologies, they throw it * blamed on another organization (my insurance company), however & in addition to all of that, I got to know that they are charging me $380esh against their incomplete service. To be honest, I don't trust this firm anymore, I need to know how exactly they gonna make it up for me & my wife, & also the whole **** has to be totally waived since we re-did all all the tests another time in Honor Health.<*div>
