Hello I have a major problem with your locations. You dont have it listed ANYWHERE that some deals are MEDICAL ONLY! When sending out text messages, make its unprofessional and really rude. In the future Please make sure that its listed which deals are medical only. You could have issues in the future with FALSE ADVERTISEMENT if this continues to not be stated. It makes your company liars. My suggestion would be better marketing and making sure all possible confusion is listed for rec and med.Initial Complaint

12/04/2023; this dispensary company, Nirvana Center, which is also cookies dispensaries as a new policy that stay to that if you have ever been to their dispensary in time(or example if you came to their dispensary two years ago) that you cannot participate in any of the new patients specials that apply to the first second third fourth and even fifth visit. so even though I first visited nirvana center two years ago and did not take advantage of the first time special, Nirvana has a policy that says that I cannot take advantage of any new patient specials for second third fourth or fifth visit! It is as though they are punishing me for coming down to the nirvana center the first time! The managers are very rude and suggest that you go to a different dispensary if you do not like the policy(which is all they really leaves you to do anyway unless you need something from this dispensary that is priceless). The managers security, and the clerks that operate this business and the property also do witchcraft and witchcraft on all of the patrons to see what to say to them and what to ask them, etc. etc. etc. This is a form of assault and battery. They even directly try to assault you while youre talking in things to see if you understand that theyre doing witchcraft on you. This is pervasively abusive and illegal behavior and professional turmoil. a compromises, the economic, legal, and professional structure of the entire community and nation! Nirvana and cookies either need to close and sell their business to another business that does not practice witchcraft or they need to replace their that operate these properties with teams of good people that do not do witchcraft and assault people with witchcraft and do spells and things like that on people from the time that they arrive to the Nirvana dispensary to the time they leave Nirvana/cookies, parking lot. Owner info was refused. Please get a hold of the owner of this company and speak with them about this complaint.Initial Complaint

The security on site at the west valley dispensary was completely out of line by requiring me to show my I'd to him before I was even close to the door.When I asked why he had to see my id his statement was he was checking to see if it was expired, now correct me if I am wrong but it is none of his business because he does not sell any marijuana to customers and the staff at the dispensary have that task as to make certain legally allowed individuals are purchasing from them no a security guard who's function is to deter or prevent loss or robbery.After that he seen I had a razor knife clipped on my pocket and made me go to my vehicle and leave it there. This all before I even came close to the entrance of the store.So I shook it off and finally got to the counter inside. after showing my I'd to the actual staff you have to wait your turn well my girlfriend who was in front of me went to the back, so I was next but this rent a cop took another couple in the back and basically ****** me out of my turn. I guess you would say it is truly discrimination because he left me waiting and allowed a customer in ahead of me.Hey owner or manager maybe you should control your security guards and keep them from trying to run your business. When a person gets bombarded by a a****** like this in your parking lot and play games by making you wait you will lose customers. Yes my purchases will not put them out of business but let it continue and it certainly will you lost ****** today.Screwed up part is I did nothing but try to go into your store and purchase from you, but if I am going to get muscled by a pig for no reason I will not return and I promise corporate office will be informed and I will write a honest one star review on as many site that have your dispensary rated Never been so disrespected singled out and discriminated against In my life and I'm 59Initial Complaint

I went in to Nirvana yesterday in the *************** location to do their BOGO deal. I had spent $200 with the store and thought I was getting a good deal. You guys are taking advantage of all your customers including the ones that don't get as much income like myself who is disabled . Until I got home and noticed you guys re-added a sticker to make it more expensive, and it was originally priced $25 per 3.5 G's they had it for $30 advertising as a deal which is false advertisement because the original stickers weren't even removed for the previous price. Not only did you guys falsify your advertising price but I got charged more on one container which was originally labeled $20 but when it rang up it rang up 30. It is false advertisement to say that you're getting a better deal when all you guys did was ********** by anywhere from 5 to $10. You guys should be ashamed of yourself I'm even a medical patient. This isn't the first time this has happened but this is the first time I'm reporting it because I'm sick of it. I'm on a limited income and I could have always gotten a little bit more than less. I think you guys are blatantly taking advantage of your customers and hiding it really crapoly. I think you owe honesty and transparency to your clients and not just sticking another sticker over the current sticker to make it more expensive because it's buy one get one free now but you don't want to lose the money so you tack on an extra $5 so people still feel like they're getting a deal. I will be looking into filing a claim with the lawyer because false advertisements and misleading your clients are two things that are not acceptable. Thank you for taking advantage of a customer like myself but doing this to everybody and almost nobody knows or didn't pay attention enough.Initial Complaint

This business was rude when I lost a love one and yet they rectified it but I still feel the chastising and disrespect. The allot corrections was disregarded when I used allot pints and feel discriminated against and retaliated against.Please contact me.Initial Complaint

I purchased 2 1000mg Orion Pods from this vendor on 4/13/2022, after finishing the first pod, on 4/21/2022, I went to use the 2nd pod only to find that the pod was defective.I thought it could be the pod or the battery. So I went to the same business and purchased 3 more pods on 4/21/2022. I put a new pod in and determined that it was indeed a defective pod. I called a spoke to manager **** who refused to exchange the item or any compensation for this. These pods retail at 70.00$ each. This company engages in all kinds of shady business. Including changing prices and weekly/daily deals with no notice until you get your receipt. They definitely need looked into. I had to correct my receipt 3 times when I was charged as a Recreational patient when I should have been charged as a Medical Card holder.Initial Complaint

I keep getting overcharged at the ********* location. 11/9/21 was the last time that it happened where I was charged for a product and didn't receive it. I called the business and they kept hanging up and when I finally got through they said hold on and hung up after I waited 20 minutes. There was a time where a budtender tried to keep my change of $20. Another time I didn't receive the sale price, I had to come in the next day and they would only give me a partial discount. I tried to show basic the math to prove they owed me more than to the person working, but it was clear she was high. Other times in the past they won't give me a receipt and hope I won't add up the total and figure out I was overcharged $30 to $60. It happens nearly everytime I come here that I have to check the total and check the bag as well to make sure I'm not getting scammed. It's clear at this point the people working here are doing it on purpose and are stealing people's money for their medication or the medication itself. I've been coming here for a very long time and have spent thousands of dollars. I didn't realize immediately that they were doing these things, so there had to have been plenty of times before I started checking to see if they overcharged me and just didn't realize it. I'm done coming here but something needs to be done because they will continue to do this to everyone else.
