I don't know if this is the same Nirvana Center that's up in ***************, but they still money from their customers.They will either round down to the nearest dollar which is totally on them. If they want to give us free money then go for it. However, if it's over 51 cents the round it up to the nearest dollar and they do not give you change. My total today was $14.68 and they charged me $15. If you consider they do this to everyone then they are making a ton of extra money by stealing from us.Where is my change Nirvana center?

This company is run by mostly millennials. No concept of customer service, zero respect to patients.Must start at the top.

THEY ARE RUDE AND DONT CARE ABOUT THIER CUSTOMERS THE SECURITY TACKLED MY 135LB HUSBAND AND ROUGHED HIM UP OVER THIER ATM NOT WORKING AND HE SAID IM NOT GOING TO THE ***** ATM AND THEY RUSHED HIM AND BEAT HIM UP!!!!!! COPS WERE CALLED BUT THEY LET HIM GO BUT THAT SECURITY WAS OUT OF LINE FOR ROUGHING UP MY HUSBAND, THEY NEED BETTER WORKERS?WORK ETHIC. UNBELIEVABLE, MY HUSBAND WOULDVE BEEN ARRESTED FOR WHAT??? THIER ATM MACHINE NOT WORKING THIS IS INASANE! ZERO STARS

First of all they care more about there customer and making a few bucks then there employees.. worked there for 6 months first few was fine with the old ** then got new ** and she took over cleaned house and hired every and anyone she wanted to and got the old employee out. They dont let you use your pto or your vacation time and when you ask to use it they will write you up and suspended you from work.. you go to HR about it they will fire you.. wont be the last they hear from me.. ohh yea its the black guy with the Rolex chain that use to work there for anyone that knew me knew I was one of the best kept everyone laughing and having a good time. I brang a good vibe to this place and because I know more then the sups and assistant manager and general manager it was best for them to let me go before I started exposing them.. but lil do they know its about to get a lot more exposed lol ?? they had me working there with just me and one other person y everyone else was out with COVID I got sick got tested and got a call a day later saying I had COVID they still made me work throw it then when everyone came back from having COVID they called me in the office for being 2 mins late. But waited till they was back fully staffed before they called me in lol I email hr got nothing back from them even emailed ratchlee from corporate she told me she would get back to me with the information but instead I got fired lol 3 days later I have screenshots and all.. ***** and autumn was the only good ppl there before they fired autumn lol.. and just a lil bit more updates since I got fired on nov 22 2022 I reached out to HR 3 times did not get anything back til I text a number they used to text me on when I got hired and I explained a lil of what happened in the text I then got a text back saying that I was emailed back 8days ago witch would have been the 22en of November but they said my email was to full to receive emails I then sent another email letting them know my email was not full and did not receive anything. During this time I was informed my someone that the ** manager that was the one that fired me and let me go had got fired also and was no longer with the company witch I find very funny that they would fire there new ** and think that they are trying to hide something. Theres so much more I have to say but will wait to speak to someone so that way I can tell everything that was wrong and all the wrongs I was told while working there. I did nothing wrong to deserve to be fired 3 days before thanksgiving and while my wife is in the hospital fighting for her and my unborn sons life.
