On Tuesday August 8th, 2023 I saw *************************. at Endless Beauty Med Spa. I inquired about Botox in the Trapezius muscle for tension headaches/pain relief. I also inquired about Botox in the forehead to reduce fine lines, as well as a bit of filler in the cheeks to help balance out my facial features. In addition, I inquired about an IPL facial to help reduce discoloration on my face. I paid $2637.00 for all of these services. The initial problem started immediately after my treatment, I felt a burning sensation in certain areas of my face and she told me that was normal. ***** and I both noticed my cheeks were uneven, and she suggested I spend MORE money to fix the issue. I also noticed I was reacting bad to the Botox in the forehead, one eyebrow was way more active and the other one was frozen. ***** assured my all of these symptoms were normal and to give to the treatments time to work. On Friday Aug 11th, I reached out to ***** because I had ***** in three areas- the side of my cheek, my forehead and my neck. My right trapezius was tight and the left one was more relaxed, and my eyebrows drooped below my brow bone and created an angry/sad expression that I could not change. ***** was extremely dismissive, and stated that I needed to give the treatments "more time". At this time, I did not feel comfortable seeing her for a follow up, I simply requested a refund which she promptly refused despite the detailed pictures and videos I sent her. She requested I send her more evidence only to once again ignore my messages. Not to mention I now am developing a left sided neck strain from the tight shoulder. After consulting a few other medical professionals, they agree I was improperly dosed and injected and a refund would help me get this problem fixed by a professional who delivers on the results they promise. The emotional, mental, and physical distress of being treated by ***** has truly been the worst experience of my life.
