I left my wallet in one of the Day and Night medical transportation vehicles when I went to their office at ************************ to retrieve it the building had been torn down over a year earlier. How are they allowed to list a false address they have not been at for nearly 2 years? I finally found their actual location far from their listed location. They claimed they didnt have my wallet, I was met with a highly intoxicated individual claiming to be the owner *******************. He told me to stop herrasing his employees when I simply told him I just needed to pick up my wallet that was left in one of his vehicles. This was completly uncalled for, I should be able to trust the drivers of these vehicles not worry that my property will be stolen then I will be chased away so they can keep my money, credit cards, ID's. Doing a little digging on ******************* you will find he has had quite a few dui's and came very close to losing his contracts with the state according to the court minutes. Theirs obviously some less than stellar business practices going on with Day and Night medical transport and it sounds on par with the owners way of handling things.Business response

NEVER HEARD ABOUT THAT KIND OF HUMAN TALKED AS BAD INTEREST OF BUSINESS MAN, JUST REMEMBERING MOSTES SUCCESS BUSINESS MAN, AND WOMEN, CAN FOUND ONE OF THOSE HOPELESS CASE EATEN ABOUT THEMSELVES AS GREEDY ONE OF ATHER.

I recently asked a transport driver when he will pick me up for transport. He gave me the wrong number to his office to make sure transport was still available to take me to my appointment. Within this time the transport driver began to harass me through text. I informed the person at the company of harassment. I was informed the supervisor will notify driver. After getting clarification of transport not being able to help me I started getting harassed again by the driver. I feel that my life is not important to this company because this person (driver) is harassing me. The driver then texted stating I'm harassing the company and refused to assist me on any other non medical transport for appointments. I ask that BBB look into the company matters in being respectful to patients. And to do something about the harassing texts from non medical transport drivers.Business response

GOOD AFTERNOON,
I HAVE LOOKED INTO THIS COMPLAINT THAT WE HAVE RECEIVED FROM YOU. THE DRIVER THAT HAD TRANSPORTED HER IN THE PAST WAS IN JULY OF LAST YEAR. THE DRIVER NO LONGER WORKS FOR US AND HASNT BEEN WITH OUR CAOMPANY SINCE SEPTEMBER 1ST OF 2022. WE DO NOT TOLARATE THIS TYPE OF BEHVAOIR AND WOULD NOT BE OK WITH THIS HAPPEN TO ANY PATIENT. I AM SORRY THAT SHE IS HAVING TO GO THREW THIS WITH THIS MAN THAT IS HARRASSING HER. I WISH SHE WOULD OF GIVEN US A CALL SO I COULD INFORM HER HE IS NO LONGER EMPLOYED WITH US. IF THERR IS ANYTHING MORE THAT WE COULD DO FOR HER PLEASE LET US KNOW. WE FEEL HORRIBLE FOR HER HAVING TO EXPERIANCE SOMETHING LIKE THAT BECAUSE SHE OR NO ONE DESERVES THAT.
