I purchased a 2017 **** Mustang from this business. The ad said it was in great working order and that everything was working correctly as it should. I, unfortunately, did not test drive the vehicle. After driving the vehicle immediately after purchase something was wrong. I contacted the seller and they suspected "bad gas" and recommended I put octane boost in and drive it to see if it improves. They also mentioned it could have been a bad coil but still recommended octane boost and driving it to see if it improved. I did so, nothing changed and the check engine light came on. the seller had his mechanic repair the vehicle (or so they told me) telling me that they replaced a coil, spark plugs and *** module. I picked up the car and again, in less than a mile of driving it, something was still wrong. I immediately called the seller and he instructed me to drive it for a day or so and that the *** probably needed to reset itself. I reluctantly drove it home and then drove it one other time, less than 10 miles to see if it would improve over time. It did not. The following day, I reached back out to the seller for help. He said he would speak with his mechanic. A few days later he called me and told me to disconnect the battery and let it sit and then drive it again to check to see if it was better. I did so and there was still no change and now the check engine light came back on again. I took it to Autozone to get a free check engine light code report and then I shared with the seller. the seller stopped responding and wouldn't take my calls. I finally got ahold of him through the offer up app and he told me that I caused the issues from driving the vehicle too much and too hard and now I am responsible. He would not repair the vehicle and they would not take it back. I have driven it less than 70 miles since I took possession. ALL of which was recommended by the seller. This vehicle was not in the condition it was advertised. Do not buy a vehicle from this seller!
