All Star Refrigeration is a terrible company! ***** company came out to my property because First American Home Warranty scheduled them and they came out on July 18, 2022. The person who came out was nice enough and my A/C was not working and apparently it looked like he was doing some tests and then he finally said I am not wasting my time your air conditioner is dead. I told him that I don't know why they send another company it was the 3rd one. I told him I know I need a new unit the home warranty just doesn't want to pay for one. He told me you want a new unit I will put my report it stating that and we can have it rushed to have it installed and I said please submit your report so I can see what they say. Low and behold they did not submit anything. So some random person from All Star Refrigeration came to my house on 7/26 unannounced and that goodness my son was there because he was going to go to my backyard and look at my unit!!! My son called me and told me someone was there and I said they have no business being there they already came to look at the unit. I spoke to the guy and he told me oh I came to look at the unit because the previous guy missed a lot of information on the report. Which I am sure he didn't write one. I already had the unit replaced because I was tired of the home warranty doing nothing since May, so I replaced it. I filed a complaint on First American HW with BBB and this company finally submitted their report that the unit was replaced and they were not able to look at it. Which is a complete lie!!! Which they submitted that report to First American and they said my complaint is closed because I already replaced the unit. First American Home Warranty is the worst company ever and so are all the companies they send to your home, which this was one of them.

I would like to extend my apologies for any inconvenience you have experienced. When you sign up with a warranty company, they hire subcontractors. The subcontractors are under the mercy of the warranty company as to when they can get the unit. In regards to your unit, we gave a report to First American and we were waiting for a response. Please understand that we are the middleman and there is so much we can do.

The main problem was that your company did not submit your report right away because someone from your company came on July 18, 2022 and nothing was done again from the 3rd company they sent which was your company. I am done with warranty companies they don't do what they should do, they try their best to give you the run around so you then just give up.
