I ordered a set of motorcycle handlebars from Torch Industries on April 17, 2023 (Order #*****). My credit card was charged for the order on April 18, 2023 in the amount of $481.57. The company's website stated it could take up to 3 weeks to fulfill the order. On May 29, 2023 I received an automated receipt from Torch stating that "We have finished processing your order".Since that email I have received no communication from TorchInd. I have not received the handlebars that I ordered. I have not received any shipping notifications. All attempts to contact the company have failed. If I call their phone number I receive an automated response asking that I email them. I have sent at least 6 emails to the company and have received no response.At this point I want a refund. I cannot trust my life to a company that treats its customers this way. I have found several reports in online forums of other people having a similar experience with Torch Industries.Initial Complaint

I bought handlebars from this company (Torch Industries LLC) back in February of this year however, when I took the handlebars down to Battleship *************** to get it installed on my brand new Indian Challenger Elite (2023), the handlebars didnt have all the necessary holes drilled in it. So, I sent the handlebars back to Torch Industries on 21 March and they received it on 27 March. I paid over $162.00 dollars to ship it back to them to include the $498.40 that I paid when I purchased the bars on 1 February. All I want is my full refund back! I cant believe they would treat a 28 year USMC Veteran like thisunbelievable.
